Chapter 2 : Kaila's POV

I woke up to a strange ambulance-like noise, at first I just ignored the strange sound 'cause maybe that's just from outside. We are in an urbanized city so that's somehow a common thing to hear ambulances passing by. I just continued to enjoy my sweet slumber when suddenly..

"how's her vital signs? All clear?"

"yes, professor. All clear and stable" 

wait--nasa bahay ako ni Angelo diba? imposible naman sigurong boses yun ni tita at tito.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw a bright light facing towards me

whe-where am I? Have I been kidnapped? No!  Katabi ko lang naman si Angelo kanina ah!! Where on earth am I?

"Hi, Avi. Welcome back!!"  a girl beside me started talking. She was wearing this nurse outfit pero not like a regular nurse uniform. It was more like a sexy nurse costume na makikita mo sa mga anime.

"where am I?" I asked her. I waited seconds for her to answer me. Yet, all she responded was just a smile.I ignored her unexplainable weirdness and just looked around to know what kind of place am I currently on. What kind of place is this? I was like in a circular laboratory? or somehow that's my own perspective.

What's going on?  As I looked above, there were a group of doctors looking at me through a glass window. They were somehow observing me. May hawak-hawak pa sila na parang paper sheets and all of them are wearing lab coats.

Wait!! naaksidente ba ako? Nasa ospital ako siguro! I think? Pero where's Angelo?

I wandered my eyes around trying and hoping to see Angelo in this weird place. Yet, there were no signs of him that made me a little nervous.

I continued to looked around.

On my right, was a girl that was somehow inside this large incubator sleeping peacefully. Sa kaliwa ko nama'y may isang matandang lalaki. He's somehow in his late thirties. Natutulog din siya sa loob ng isang incubator tulad ng girl na nasa kanan ko.

"Miss" I asked the nurse-like girl that was standing beside me earlier. "Can you tell me what kind of place is this?" 

She then faced me, but in a weird way. I mean. she turned her head around weirdly and not like how a normal person would do. She then smiled. "You are in Reality, ma'am"

That was the only thing that came out of her mouth. She then made her way. Leaving me here, laying and still confu-- WHAT THE FUCK?!!???!

As she made her way I completely saw her full body figure and saw that she has metal legs!!

Wait-- is she a type of an AI creature? A robot? 

Okay, if earlier I felt a little bit nervous of the things happening inside here. Now, I think I'm already panicking. Where the f*ck am I? I need to get out of here. Inattempt kong tumayo sa pagkakahiga ko. Pero..

"haaaayyyy... bobo mo Kai!! Bobo mo Kai!!" sabi ko ng na-realize kong nasa loob din pala ako ng incubator. 

"Bakit ngayon ko lang 'to narealize? AAARRRGH!!"  bulong ko sa sarili ko.  Sinubukan kong buksan ang incubator na naroroon ako. Pero, no use. Sobra yung pagka-lock ng incubator na'to. Naiiyak nako. Ano ba gagawin ko? Ayoko na dito! 

"Angelo....." Bulong ko sa sarili ko. Gusto ko nang makita si Dad, si Mom, si Mark. Si Angelo..

Pagkatapos ng ilang minutos na iyak lang ako ng iyak. Bumalik yung robot at tiningnan ako. Siguro narinig niyang umiiyak ako. Sumisinghot-singhot pa ako ng ilong ko at pinupunasan ang luha ko ng tinanong niya ako.
