"Where are we going, Kaworu Kun?" Shinji asked as the angel lead them away from the theater. "It's a surprise," Kaworu whispered as he led them away quickly. After a couple of minutes, Kaworu stopped as Shinji realized where they were. "Kaworu did you take me back to the apartment?" Shinji asked.
"We should go to the living room." Shinji reluctantly followed Kaworu as they walked towards the living room. Standing tall in the middle of the living room was a giant tree while the Twelves Days of Christmas was playing. "Kaworu what did you do?" Shinji asked with a quivering voice. "It's a Christmas gift." Kaworu chirped, "After some research, I found out that lilin like to celebrate with gifts." When Kawrou spoke a few birds came flying out of the tree branches.
"Are those birds Kaworu Kun?"
