I walked through Musutafu as pink cherry blossom petals filled the air.
"I'm so tired..." I was on my merry way to school. But my 'relaxing' walk was interrupted by a big BOOM and RAAAWWRRR. To no surprise it was a villain. It would would seem that our streets were straight out of a comic book, because almost EVERYONE had quirks.
If I am being honest, I hate the idea of quirks. It really pisses me off, people being put into categories. If you had a scary quirk like blood control you would probably be categorized with a villainous quirk,and that you probably had villainous tendencies. But if you had a quirk like All Might that was REALLY STRONG and FLASHY you would probably be considered a hero.
What's worse is the people who decide that really.
Why do other people have to determine your self worth?
Why are we in constant need of validation in the eyes of others?
Why can't I be happy with myself, for the way that I am?
"Stay back everyone." Snapping out of my thoughts, I looked at who had sayed that and it was pro hero Backdraft. They had a water ability...fascinating. It was simple yet so effective. Backdraft stretched his arms as far as he could and froze the water. It was really interesting watching some quirks in action. I saw Death Arms too, but unlike Backdraft he was catching the falling debris that the villain on top was causing. He threw the debris off to the side and his sidekick came to his side.
"STAY BACK AND STAY SAFE! WE ARE HANDLING THE SITUATION!" Death Arms shouted. To me his quirk wasn't as interesting, it caused lots of damage. But it was very useful for these kinds of situations.
I looked up to see Kamui Woods on the train tracks handling the big mole thing. He gave the villain a few good hits and kicks and was getting ready for his big move. As he stood tall and proud he got ready and said-
"Lacquered Chain Prison! HIS BIG FINISHER!" I looked over to see who had ruined this moment for me. It was a green haired boy who looked a bit too excited to see heroes in action, he reminded of a star struck friend of mine.
"A big fan bay aren't ya?" Some old dude asked the poor boy. The boy looked a bit embarrassed by that question but that soon went away when he saw Mt. Lady.
"ITS MT. LADY! She is a new pro hero and I guess this is her making her BIG DEBUT!"
BIG IS RIGHT! Her ass is right in my face!! In the background I could here those perverted paparazzi.
"Money shot. Money shot. Money shot. Money shot." Disgusted, I made my way out of this area.
After bumping and shoving people out of my way I finally walked towards my school. I took my phone out and looked at the time on my phone and simply shrugged.
"I'm going to be late, it's not like I care- I hate school." I walked and walked and walked...and noticed the same patch of green hair following me. Well, I don't think he was following me. I hadn't seen him at my school- maybe his school was in the same direction. As I had concluded, his school was indeed the same direction.
