I woke up to my phone ringing and it was my auntie.
"Hello," i groaned, looking around to see if king was gone.
"Girl wya it's Thanksgiving?" she asked.
"Really tee," i asked while getting up.
" Yes, you better bring yo ass on before yo uncles eat all this food."
"Oh naw," i said hopping up.
I did my hygiene, put on my clothes and texted my cousin to tell her i was omw cause ik she there lonely.

rule 101: you can't eat everybody macaroni especially on thanksgiving.
I got in my car and left. Once i got there i went in and said my hellos to everybody.
"Who all these people?" i asked my cousin.
"Ionknow," she shrugged.
"Well—"
"Hi everyone," a woman that looked familiar said walking in cutting me off. Everybody stopped what they were doing and said hey to the lady.
"Heyy boo, where the boys?" my auntie asked walking up to her taking the plate that she had in her hand.
"Girl they getting out the car, acting reall slow. Omg Starr heyyy boo!" the lady said.
"Heyyyy," i said fake smiling getting up to hug her.
"How you been?" she asked
" good, good."
"Girl King and Jay out there now, can you go get them they being slow," she said.
Omggg that's why she look familiar, this is their auntie, i remember meeting her one time when i was at kings house. ( They not related she's Starr's aunties friend. )
"Wassup yall," king said coming in smiling and nodding to everybody.
"Hey jay," i said looking past King.
"Wassup " he nodded.
"Girl who that is?" my cousin asked looking at Jay.
"Hold on ima tell you in a lil."
"Hello Mrs. Starr," king spoke.
"Hey," i said giving him a tight smile.
I walked in the kitchen to fix my plate.
"You finna fix me something?" i heard.
"Nah you got it," i chuckled.
"Starr stop playing with me "
"You always think somebody playing. Talk to me when you learn how to keep them hoes in check," i told king.
"Ion got hoes, it's just you," he said grabbing my hand.
"Save it for another hoe," i told him pulling my arm back, walking out of the kitchen.
I walked to the back room where my cousin was and started eating and talking about Jay ( if y'all haven't figured out by now this is Kings brother.. )
"Dawgg yess, that dog was finna eat our asses alive," she laughed.
"Naw it was finna eat yo ass cause a bitch did the dash." i said laughing.
She laughed. " Now tell me bout that nigga in there."
"Jay?"
"I guess. Idk " she shrugged.
"Girl that's king brother."
"He fine. Can you put me on pleaseeeeee?"
"Ill try, he might not fw ya because his girlfriend had just passed away. i told her.
"Aww r.i.p to her, ima treat him right girl." she said looking up.
"Girl- " i laughed.
I texted king and told him to come here and to bring jay.
"What you want?" he asked.
"Not you," i replied.
"Why you tell me to come back here then the fuck." king said catching an attitude.
"Boy get the fuck on, you're irrelevant i just needed jay."
"My brother don't even fuck withchu," King said.
"Um chile anyways.... jay come here please." i told him.
I sat him by my cousin, grabbed king arm and pulled him with me, running out the room locking the door behind me so that they could be in their by themselves.
"Why you do that?" king asked.
"She like him"
"That nigga just—"
"Shhhhhh i'm tryna listen " i whispered.
"Talk," i said kicking the door.
I heard them start a conversation and grabbed king arm going into the other room.
"Aye i'm finna take a nap, i'm full af," i said laying down.
"Can i sleep with you stink stink?" King asked.
"Hell no and don't call me that bitch." i said
"Keep playing with me"
"No get out."
He walked out and i went straight to sleep.
