Shagun was going home after her visit to the hospital and during her ride to home from hospital she was just lost and could not digest what she came to know today "is this is reality or is just a dream/imagination" she questions herself.

she was not in a state to think straight as Ishita was her friend and everything and she was living this life thinking Ishita is alright and don't want anything bad ever happen to Ishita because of her presence she chooses this life but after knowing Ishita's condition she was devastated she couldn't believe the news which she got from hospital from Raman's mouth itself, she was like "how this is possible how can Ishita in the state of coma. is it...... is it...... really a reality" and tears rolled down her cheek.

And during these past few years she was only thinking that she is alright and everything is going so well there and after knowing about the reality she felt like broken as Ishita was her best friend "is my decision was right or wrong what I have done, why I left her alone" she was blaming on herself.

she was going in zone of thinking this is all due to her she is the reason and all and all and all so many things are going in her mind she was losing her calm, she was so much broken and when she was thinking of all these things..., suddenly the car halted and this broke her chain of thoughts and she came out of her thoughts and the driver said "we have reached home ma'am" and just then she realizes she has reached home then she directly went to her room and sat on the couch thinking about her memories with Ishita and she stated crying thinking about her condition right now.
