Chapter 10.

-Niall's P.O.V-

Aubrey was to cute , I lifted her chin and placed a gentle but loving kiss on her cheek . I looked at my phone and it said 9:30 . I was so tired but Aubrey looked wide awake so I decided to just stay awake with her . I really hope I didn't awkwardly passout .

"Do you want to go to bed , i'm getting tired . " She asked me , oh thank the lord . " Yeah . " I said taking her hand and walking back to the bedroom with her . She cuddled up to me , it was very cold on our , I mean her , room . I fell asleep quickly but woke up to Aubrey saying my name. "What's wrong love ? " I asked softly. I noticed it was storming pretty bad outside . " I'm scared Niall ." She was sitting upright in her bed with a look on her face as if she had seen a ghost . I grabbed her waist and pulled her close to me .

" Don't be scared , I'm here " I whispered in her ear . She nodded and hid her face in my chest . She fell asleep quick , I could tell because her breathing evened out and she had a slight light snore .

I fell asleep shortly after her , I had a very nice sleep actually then my alarm went off , Aubrey was still asleep so I walked into the kitchen to make her a Birthday Breakfast in Bed . I decided on Pancakes , Orange Juice , a side of fruit , and some Tea along side , but in order to do that I had to run to the store ... Great .

I went to Liam and asked him to tag along with me .

"Sure mate . " he said grabbing his shoes and a jacket . We got Paul to drive us . "I'll be waiting around back when you're done . " He said . We walked into the store , to our surprise it was almost empty . A few older people and that was it . We split up , he went to get Chamomile Tea and Fruit , I went to get Pancake ingredients and orange juice .

After running all over the store trying to find the right ingredients , we met up at the front and paid for our items. "So are you and Aubrey dating or something . " Liam asked me causing me to smile . " No , we like each other , obviously , but I've only known her 2 weeks . " I replied . " Yeah but you guys know each other pretty well . Hell Rachel and Louis are hooking up and they've known each other a week , but they're really close . " I looked at him in disbelief . Normally ' Daddy Direction ' would be saying the opposite . But maybe he's right , I gave him a slight nod.

When I got back Aubrey was still asleep . Thanks god . I put all the ingredients on the counter . I Grabbed a pot (small) and put some water to boil for Tea . I mixed the pancakes and started to cook . after an hour breakfast was fully ready . Her plate was set on a tray with 2 pancakes , a bowl of blueberries , strawberries , cantaloupe , and watermelon with some popey seeds sprinkled on top .

I put the Tea and Orange juice along with a napkin and silverware on the other side of the plate and took it to her room . I set it on the desk beside her and gently woke up . " Aubrey , love . Wake up . " She slowly opened her eyes and rubbed them . Once she sat up I put the tray on her lap . " Happy Birthday love " I said kissing her forehead and sitting beside her .

" Thank you , its delicious . " She said taking another bite of a pancake . Today is December 17 , and Aubrey is officially 17 . I couldn't be happier . She's 2 years younger than me. I started to think back on what Liam said earlier . Maybe I should pop the question . I started getting shaky and nervous just thinking about asking .

What if she says no .. " Hey Aubrey . " I said slowly . " Yes love ? " she said sweetly . " uh... I-i was wanting t-to know if uh maybe uhh. you'd wanna ... uh be my g-g-girlfriend .. " oh god I felt so stupid . she looked at me with wide eyed then started to smile . There's a good sign " Yes . I'd be glad to . " I started to smile and blush like an idiot .

I pulled her into a tight hug . I let her finish eating . Once she was finished I took the tray into the kitchen and she followed behind me with her tea in hand which , to my surprise , was still steaming . " I didn't really get you anything , I was kinda hoping that the breakfast and question would make up for it somehow . " I said pulling her into another hug but making this one last longer . " I loved it , thank you so much Nialler . " She mumbled into my neck . " Let's go have a day with the boys !! " I shouted .

I took her hand and lead her down the hallway to the Harry's room where they were along with Kailee and Rachel . " Hey guys . it's Aubrey's birthday . We should all go to Nando's " I suggested . But before anyone could agree they all broke out in the Happy Birthday song .

" Happy birthday to you , happy birthday to you , happy birthday dear Aubrey , happy birthday to you !!!! "

Then everyone hugged her . " So are you guys dating finally ? " Zayn said. Aubrey started to blush cutely and nodded . Rachel and Kailee "aww"'d in sync . We all god Paul to drive us to Nando's , although it was 11:10 . Oh well, early lunch ! We pulled in and walked inside . We took a seat in the back .

Aubrey got up and excused herself to the bathroom . A few fans came up and asked for pictures and autographs . Being the nice guys we are , we said yes . After all of that a girl sat by me and her two other friends stood . She was flirting me and I could tell . She seemed very whore like and I did not like it . She was rubbing my arm and it quite bothered me .

" Could you please stop that " I said nicely . " Why love . " She said looking at me . " Well I have a girlfriend and I rather you not do that . " Aubrey came back and saw them . " Can you ladies please leave . This is a private lunch . " I asked nicely . " Is that her ? " the whofe like girl said . I nodded back and she said " You can do so much better . " She shot Aubrey a glare and Aubrey shot one right back .

Aubrey sat back down beside me . " What was her deal ? " she said in her cute American accent . " She's jealous of you babe . " I said wrapping an arm around her . Our waiter came . His name was Aaron . everyone ordered beer but Kailee Rachel and Aubrey .

We all looked at our menu , and I got my usual , peri-peri- chicken and Aubrey got the same .

I looked at Louis . " Are you and Rachel dating . " He looked at Rachel and nodded . A blushing Rachel . She was so little looking . and by little I mean short . Not like an awkward short , but she probably came to my like shoulders , she was a nice girl I'd say .

I looked at Kailee and Harry who where talking in there own little world . Knowing Aubrey , if she's close with Kailee and Rachel , she'll bring them back after the games . Our food came and we all ate . Oh god this chicken is amazing . Words can not explain .

I looked at Aubrey who looked at the chicken in Awe . I nudged her as she was chewing . " It's so good . " It just crossed my mind that this is like her 2nd meal in the past 2 hours .

Once we all finished , everyone got a ride back , but me and Aubrey decided to walk back . We walked hand in hand . I didn't even think anything of it until a fan ran up us and asked if it's official . We looked confused . " Is what official ? " Aubrey asked her. " Naubrey !!! " She showed us a picture of us walked hand in hand down the street the other day. I smiled and nodded to the fan and she literally almost died and asked for pictures .

Once we got home it was 1:00 in the afternoon . We went straight to Aubrey's room . We both plopped down on the couch and went onto Twitter . I decided to check out Aubrey's Twitter . she had 8,839 followers I looked at her and leaned into kiss her . For the second time we started to song .

But this time no one interrupted . She wrapped her hands around my neck and I grabbed her waist and pulled her on top of me . Her hand were so cold it made me shiver , she started to smile and I felt pretty stupid in that momment . She pulled away and rested her forehead against mine and smiled a little out of breathe .

Zayn walked in " Woah sorry man .. " He said walking out . " No it's fine , you can stay . " I said laughing . He came back in . " What'd you need . " I asked .

" Well everyone wants to play truth or dare and we wanted you guys to join . " I looked at Aubrey and she nodded . She got on my back and we walked into Zayn's room where everyone was sitting a circle .
