Chapter 9

Iris' POV
Tina, Kitty, and I walk into the school together. "You two fell asleep in each other's arms." Kitty said as the three of us walked down the hallway. Dottie walks up to us and Kitty walks off and so do I. I walk to the Grease sign up sheet and sign my name on it. I want to be one of the pink ladies at least. I went to the auditorium to audition for one of the pink ladies.
In the auditorium
I see Blaine onstage and he walks off. Finn and Artie walk and wheel out. I walk out and I see Mike and Mercedes. "Iris!" Mercedes said as she saw me and hugged me. "Hi Mercedes." I said as I hugged her. "How's things with you and Sebastian?" She asked me as she was curious. "I'm not auditioning for Sandy. And things are good between me and Sebastian." I said as I raised my hand. "Well Iris let's go let you audition for who you want." Artie said and let me audition for one of the pink ladies after Marley and Unique auditioned. I was sitting next to Artie watching them sing.

[Unique:]
White knuckles
And sweaty palms from hanging on too tight

[Marley:]
Clenched shut jaw
I've got another headache again tonight

[Unique with Marley:]
