"Huh? Uhm, sorry who is it?"

I scoff, wow, just because i haven't talked to him in years doesn't mean he can forget me, what a brother.

"Yeojun! What the hell?, you forgot me?"

"Oh, uh Yeji?"

"Yej- no!"

"Ah i know!"

"Thank God, i thought you for-"

"You're Jiwoo! Hey, how are you?"

"Lee Yeojun, its me! Yoora! Lee Yoora! Your sister! Now you remember?"

"Awhh yes i have sister, right right. Uhm why are you calling out of the blue if you don't mind me asking?"

Right. I called him out of nowhere after years, I'd be just as confused...

"Uh, do you still live with mom?"

I hear him let out a big sigh.

"Yeah.."

I could hear the pain in his voice. I felt selfish. I knew he was also suffering, but i moved out alone, i could've took him with me, but.. I didn't...

"Im sorry... Uh, i-i actually wanted to visit with someone.."

"You do?? With whom?? When?? Why??"

"Uh- i- um"

"Yknow what? Meet me at Han river, ok? Tomorrow."

"Ok- wait what? Tomorrow???? But-"

And with that, i was meeting my brother after specifically 9 years.

I couldn't help but think, am i over reacting? Like, i could just not introduce my family, right?

Despite him asking to meet them so much? I don't think so.

I think I'll go over at Namjoon's for a while, i wanna talk it out.

"So, why did you wanna come over so late?"

I sigh, and rest my head on his shoulder. I instantly felt at ease, something about his mere presence just made everything better

"Hey Joon.."

"Hm?"

"Do you really wanna meet my family?"

"Yeah, i really really do, I wanna see how amazing they are to be related to someone like you!"

That made me smile, but die a bit inside

"Do you, like, really really wanna see them? Like really?"

"Yeah..? Are you ok? You don't seem fine, are you sick? What happened"

He started asking with a concerned voice, as he put his hand on my forehead

"Im fine.."

I said as i gently took his hand.. Should I tell him? No no that's dumb.. I would never telll anyone about my family ever, like never ever-

"My family is not who you think they are.."

Aww shit--

He tilted his head, obviously confused

"What do you mean?"

I let out a sigh, ok, i can do this

"My family is what you can call, broken.. My father is dead, right after i turned 4, my mother is psychotic woman. My dad's death really effected her, so she let all her frustration out on me.."

I took a shaky breath, Namjoon noticed and took my hand and started gently caressing it

"I was a, punching bag. All her empty bottles broken on me, she didn't even consider me a human, let alone her own daughter. She got really out of control one day, and killed my sister."

Namjoon's eyes widened and he hugged me immediately, "i-im sorry.." He muttered

"Don't be. That's why i moved out, but my brother still lives with her, I talked to him yesterday.. If you really wanna meet them, then I'll arrange it i promise, i just don't want you to loose trust in me.."

"Yoora what are you talking about.. Its ok, if you don't want me to meet them its completely alright. Don't force it baby.."

I gripped him tighter, what did i do to deserve him?

"But I've already talked to my brother. I over think to the point i abuse myself mentally. I apologize in advance if something happens."

He smiled at me sincerely, and layed me down on his lap. "I love you.. "

I smiled, "love you more"

He gently started caressing my hair and he stared into the blank wall.

"When are we meeting them?"

"I have to meet my brother tomorrow, we're gonna talk about it"

He nodded, "just so you know, even of you didn't introduce me to your family, i wouldn't loose trust in you.." He flicked my forehead, "relax that mind of yours"

I chuckled and hugged him. Eventually we both fell asleep.
