The Worlds End

    On march 22 In a little city Kioto which is in Japan, a little bit away from the city's centre, on a hill, there are some traditional japanese houses, where lives five teenagers. They don't have parents or any relatives, because they died or the kids got put in a orphanage when they were born. The rest of the houses are mostly empty. This is the most beautiful in Japan, because outside is full of pretty pink sakuras.

     Haru Nakamura is a 16 year old boy, he is very clever and caring, but he isn't very talkative. He has a twin sister who is also 16 of course, and her name is Chiharu Nakamura, she is very energetic, strong and always try's to think positive. Next is the leader 18 year old Atsuki Tanaka, he is the oldest of all, and always takes care of others. Fumiko Watanabe is 15 years old and is the second youngest, she's very quiet but always ready for adventures and risks. And lastly the youngest of all Masuyo Sasaki, he is 14 years old and is very talkative, open minded and a very brave. All five of them are really close friends and always stick together.

     One evening all of them went to the store to get groceries for dinner. When they reached the store Haru, Chiharu and Fumiko walked to the other side of the store to get some other things, and Atsuki with Masuyo went to get the main ingredients for the meal. After some time they got all they needed and headed to pay for the products, but no one was at the counter. They thought that the cashier went somewhere real quick, so they waited a few minutes. Five minutes passed and there was still no one, so they thought about leaving the money on the counter so the cashier can take it when he comes back, but they didn't because someone will probably take the money, so they waited more. After 20 minutes someone came and they finally got to pay for the groceries and went home. When everyone got back, they went to the kitchen to cook. The whole time when they were cooking Chiharu wasn't being herself, she didn't talk and was always zoned out. After some time dinner was ready and they went to watch the news and eat, everyone was confused when the news started because it said that a lot of people from all around the world started to disappear without a trace, some think that they got kidnapped or just ran away from home, but Atsuki and the others didn't think so, because how can so many people disappear on the same day. 

     Some days passed, the amount of people disappearing started increasing more and more, and everyone started getting scared, but Atsuki tried to calm everyone down and said that everything will be fine. All five of them talked and agreed to not go outside until they find out what is happening to all the people. More days went by and more people went missing, everything started getting out of hand, so they gathered up and talked again, but still stayed inside and waited for more news. After some time nothing was on the news, no people, no shows, now everyone was getting even more scared. Every day, every hour, every minute they were sitting and waiting for news or something to happen, but once again nothing. They agreed to take the car and go to the centre of the city and hope to find some people that can explain what's happening. So they took all the things they needed and put them in the car and started driving. While Atsuki was driving everybody else were looking out of the window, there were no humans or cars, it felt like the world was ending.

     When they got to the centre of Kioto, there was a big racket with people in all black clothing standing around it. Atsuki drove closer to the racket to see what is happening, the weird people started rushing towards the car and told the five teenagers to quickly get in the racket. They were all scared so they did as the people told them to and got in the racket. When they sat down a man approached them and told that the end of the world has started and the only people on the whole planet were the workers on it and the five friends. After some time the racket started and went up in the sky, now the whole world was empty, no humans, no animals, nothing.
