(Y/N's POV)

It's nighttime and the moonlight reflects on the ocean's surface. The weight of the backpack is heavy on my shoulders, but since I was trained by the League of Assassins it's not a bother. As I leave the palace, I can see guards guarding the perimeter, so I use my assassin skills to sneak around undetected.

I finally get to the docks and hop on a random boat, in which I find the keys and I'm able to escape. As I sail away, I can hear sound of the waves crashing with my boat, and my hair blows in the wind. Hearing the calming sound of the waves makes my eyes feel sleepy so I let sleep take over me, but all too soon the sound of the boat crashing with the dock makes me be wide awake. As I look around, the sky is very cloudy to a point where you can barely see any sunlight. I grab my belongings, leave the boat, and take the key with me, but before I leave, I put a device on the boat to make sure that no one steals it.

While walking I notice, by looking at sign, that I was in Gotham; my main plan before I left the island, since I'm looking for my boyfriend. After long walk, I end up in front of a really fancy place, which by the looks of it are apartments, so I walk in and wait in line for a receptionist. When the person in front of me was done, I walk towards the receptionist and ask, "Do you have any penthouses available?"

"Lucky for you we have only one available, but aren't you a little young to be buying a penthouse?" The receptionist asks looking at me suspiciously.

"Yes. Yes, I am." I simply state.

"Great!" She says and then she hands me some documents. "That'll be $1,000,000. Please sign here." She shows me where to sign, so I grab a pen and insert my signature. Then she gives me a key card to my now penthouse, and I thank her. I walk to the elevator and notice a very familiar raven-haired boy with emerald eyes. 'Could it be him? No that's not possible.' So, I just shrug it off.

A week later, I was fully settled in. I knew kids my age goes to school here, so I go to my computer & search a highly recommended school, which was Gotham Academy. I go to the school website and scroll through it until I find what I need. I fill it the papers with my information and hit the submit button. I turn off my computer screen, walk to my queen size bed, lay on it, and scroll through some social media. After a while I go through my pictures and see the one my boyfriend and I took before he left the isle. I no longer got to see him, so now that I am here, I will do anything to find him. I really miss him. I notice that sleep is taking whatever's left of me, so let's see what the future might hold.

*A few months later*

After living here for a few weeks, I found out that they have superheroes keeping an eye on this city, so I decided, why not have some fun? Being trained by assassins, you have to be active all the time, so that means I get bored very easily. I'm jumping building to building, doing my rounds on patrolling, and I see a woman getting harassed by about ten men on an alleyway. So, I jump down, land soft as a feather, and start attacking the man who's holding the woman against the wall. The rest of the goons start charging towards me, but I easily dodge them. Five men down, five more to go. After I knock down three of them, I hear the other two screaming in pain, so I turn around and I'm face to face with boy wonder himself, Robin. I closely look at him and my eyes widen in realization. I look behind his shoulder and see Batman, Red hood, Red Robin, and Nightwing. "D-Damian?" I ask looking at him straight in the eyes, well his masked eyes. I take my goggles off and stare at him in shock. I remove his green domino mask revealing his emerald eyes.

"Hey, beloved. Long time no see."

I pull him to a hug and wrap my arms around his neck, while he wraps his arms around my waist pulling me closer. I move a little so I can face him and say, "I missed you so much."
