The head of the hospital heard the scream and jumped up from his desk
Quickly Sam looked up from his files about issy! They looked at each other concerned and decided to get up and go see what the scream was!?
They walked down the dark hallway of the hospital and looked into every room of mad trapped innocent people
But as they looked into issys room they came to see that not all the patients in that hospital where innocent!
Sam looked into her room and shouted at her
" what have you done!!!"
" what is wrong with you, your mental!!! Why would you do this"
Issy sat speechless on the floor her missing finger laying dead on the ground next to her! and her hand drowned in blood!
"It's not my fault Taylor was cold she needed something to keep her warm!!"
" but she wasn't happy with what I did so she needed me to make a promise to listen to her all the time!"
The head and Sam looked at the young crazy girl that laid almost dead on the floor and Sam cautiously asked

Issy reapplied "Taylor is my friend, my only friend and she says she doesn't want me telling you this so you have to go!!"
Sam and the head didn't leave! Sam opens the door of the cell and walked over to the girl.
She stared at him then said
"Be carful Taylor isn't good around new people and she usually stands behind people when she needs there head for brains!"
