please let me go on my journey." I stare him straight in the eye, and he finally relents. I run out of the mansion, charging my way through the forest over several days. One day, I hear a cry in the woods. "Eveeveevee!" It sounded hurt. I had to help it! I raced over there and saw an Eevee being harassed by guys in orange suits. "You stop this at once!" I screamed. They sneered at me and sent out 2 Fletchlings and a Bunnelby. "Use tackle!" I shouted, immediately knocking the Bunnelby into yellow health. "Fletchinder use peck! Bunnelby, tackle!" the grunts said. I smirked, as the Bunnelby's attack did nothing and the Fletchling's attacks were not very effective. I drawled" Didn't do much damage, right? Use Fury Cutter". The Pokemon fell unconscious, and they growled. "Stay away from Team Flare, kid!", and ran off. Eevee was fine, and it pointed to a pokeball. "Catch you?" I asked. "Eveve!" The pokeball sucked it up and it shook 3 times. "Alright! I just caught an Eevee!" "Honhonedege!". I moved on to Lumiose city, but I knew that it wasn't the first gym, so I raced on ahead to Santalune City. I trained my pokemon for a few days, getting them both to level 15. Honedge learned pursuit, and Eevee Quick Attack. I was ready. I entered the gym, and challenged Viola. The ref declared "This will be a 2 on 2 battle, with the winner being the last one with Pokemon standing between Alexander the challenger and Viola the Santalune City gym leadetr. Will both sides send out their first Pokemon?"

"Eevee, I choose you!" "Surskit, go!" we both sent out our pokemon. I shouted "Eevee, start things off with a quick attack!". It connected, and Viola called for Surskit to use Bubble. It connected, and I told Eevee "Use Sand Attack, then Tackle while it can't see!" Viola called "Surskit, dodge it!" with worry on her face, but Surskit couldn't, and it fell to the floor. The referee declared "Surskit is unable to battle!". Viola smiled. "You won't be able to beat this one! Vivillon, go!". Vivillon and Eevee traded shots for a bit, but after Eevee was infested by Infestation, it fell to the ground shortly. "Eevee is unable to continue! Will the challenger send out their next Pokemon?" "Go Honedge" I shouted and threw it's pokeball into the air. It came out with a burst, and I told it use Pursuit, then Tackle right after. The Vivillon easily fainted, and the ref declared "Vivillon is unable to battle! Thus the victory goes to Alexander the challenger!" Viola smirked. "You'll go far kiddo. This is the Bug Badge, and this is TM 83. It contains the infestation move I used on you. Goodbye!" And so I began backtracking to Lumiose City.
