It didn't take long for me to get halfway to the castle. Huffing I decided to take a break so I hopped down and laid underneath a tree. Closing my eyes I took a short nap.
When I woke up it was nighttime. With the moonlight, I hopped through the trees again until I heard a noise from a far. Going toward it I saw an opening in the trees that showed a group of pirate looking guys with a smaller group of guys tied up in the middle of them. I looked closer at the group tied up.
'Wait! THOSE ARE MY GUYS!' I thought as I jumped down in front of them
"Leave them alone!" I yelled pulling out my sword pointing it at the pirates
"Kyra!" they all yelled
"What happened? How did you guys even get here?" I asked them
"Business has been slow so we took from these pirates" Dylan explained
"Dylan what have I said about doing business with pirates. They can't be trusted" I whined
"I tried to tell him but he wouldn't listen" Wes added I could tell I was being closely watched by one of the pirates
"You look for something fella?" I asked pointing the sword to him. He was short with dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes.
"Just trying to figure you out" he said then his expression changed for a moment "No wonder you look familiar to me. You're our old captain before you left us to rot!" he yelled furiously
"Huh?" it didn't click until a moment after "Holy shit Jacob is that you? I always knew you would take over"
"Yeah right, you hated me. Always keeping me on cleaning duty" he sneered
"You were a bitch that's why I kept you on there. So what was it like after I left because it was suppose to go to the right hand man so what happened?"
"After you left half the crew left too saying it wouldn't be the same without you in charge. It was only me and a few other rookies left. We had to rebuild what you made!" I just laughed
"Didn't know I had such an impact. No winder you're so angry" I lunged forward holding the sword to Jacob's throat "Let them go now" I whispered
"You don't order me around anymore," he said as some of his guys surrounded me and him
"Fine" I let down the sword before turning around and furiously slicing and cutting every one of his men. It was so fast that none of them had tome to pull their own sword out. When I was done I turned back to Jacob as all his men's clothes became ripped, falling off of them. They screamed before stuffing into the woods to hide from everyone. I smirked as Jacob's face was terrified. I walked away from him over to my boys where they were already out of their binds
"Wow Kyra I didn't know you could do that" Myles exclaimed happily
"Why are you out here?" Wes asked
"I was headed back to the castle from mine
"Wait your castle?" Myles said
"Yep I'm the princess who disappeared from the Rineson family" all three boys mouth's dropped
"You're kidding right"
"Look I'll tell you guys the whole story later but for not I got to go" I said as I took off trough the trees. I arrived to the castle just as sunrise was coming.
