He opens his mouth to talk but I interrupt him.

"It's funny though. I thought that maybe if I been famous that maybe, just maybe, the world would actually see me. But still, nobody cares. I'm still the same invisible little girl that I was in highschool."

He doesn't say anything.

"And you've just confirmed it."

Its been a week since I ran into Harry at the Ripley's museum.

Its been three weeks since I met Harry on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

Its been four years of heartbreak since I've known about that boy.

He hasn't called me since the moment I had told him to leave me alone. I didn't think he'd actually do it because he didn't do it the last time I demanded him to. But it's whatever. At least he's good at listening to directions. Also I was being totally irrational thinking that there'd be something between us two.

On a happier note, I'm flying back to L.A!

Why am I so happy to fly back four hours in time you ask? Because I get to go back to my job where people actually like me! Now I finally get to get out of the distressing Big Apple.

I should get up now. I need to do some last minute packing.

Two hours later, after running around gathering my everyday essentials, throwing them in a bag, and Melody and Carol holding me back from the door so I can miss my flight, I'm finally at the airport.

"Why do you always have to leave?" Carol whines.

I roll my eyes at her childish behavior.

"Because one of us, out of our threesome, actually has a job." I say laughing.

"I have a job!" She defends herself.

"Care,  prostitution is not a job." Melody kids. She just stole my joke!

"Hey!" I call her out. "That's my joke!" I turn to Carol. "She can't take my joke!"

I've always had a problem with people taking my insults, phrases, or nicknames.

Carol pushes me and I laugh.

"By the time I get back you better be dating that kid you work with!" I scold.

She blushes. "He's actually thinking about quitting though." She sadly says.

"Why?" Mel asks.

"Cause everyone thinks he's gay!" She says laughing.

"Men and their reputation." I shake my head at the thought of him quitting his job at Sephora because of that.

I look at Melody and Carol once more. A light layer of tears cover my eyes as I ponder about leaving them again.

"I'm going to miss you guys!" I say while wrapping my arms around them.

They whisper an "I'm gonna miss you too," in my shoulder and I release them from my firm hold.

As I let them go I hear my flight being called on the intercom.

I pick up my bags from the floor and look at my best friends of six years.

"Bye." I whisper, and with that I head off to catch my plane to California.

Hey guys. Sorry for not updating for a while. I had midterms two weeks before and had a week of snow days last week but my internet has been kind of slowand nothing really happened in this chapter because it was just a filler chapter.
