Ailah's POV

The bell rang signaling that school has ended I can finally go home, our test starts next week so I need to study very hard so that I can pass. I put all my things in my bag and left the room, just as I was about to pass the school gates I heard someone calling my name when I turned around I saw my best friend running towards me.

"I called you a multiple times and you just kept walking" she complained while pouting.
"Sorry I didn't hear you" I replied as I continued to walk with her.

We talked for a bit until we went separate ways I continued to walk to our cafe like I always do after school ends, as I get nearer to the creepy alley that I always pass before I reach the cafe I get goosebumps.

I ignored the creepy feeling and continued to walk but as I was in front of the alley I heard some muffled Help I ignored it thinking that I just misheard it but the voice got louder, so even if I was shaking in fear I slowly went in the alley and there I saw a man blood coming out of his stomach begging for someone to come and help.

I immediately dialed 911, they said they'd be here in a bit I sat beside the man.
"I called an ambulance they'll be here soon just hang in there" I said as I tried to keep him awake while the ambulance is still mot here.
"Mmmhh" that was all that he could say
Soon the ambulance arrived.

●AT THE HOSPITAL●
Ailah's POV
It's been 2 hours since they started the surgery I was waiting outside, I already texted my mom and told her what happened I told my mom that I'll be staying for a bit and surprisingly she agreed.

I was reading wattpad until the doctor came out.
"Excuse me miss, are you his family?" The doctor asked me.
"No I'm not, I'm the one that called the ambulance I just saw him in an alley" I replied truthfully.

"Well he's fine for now it's a good thing that you saw him on time or else he would have died, he didn't have anything on him so we still don't know his identity till then we should wait until he wakes up.

You can visit him if you want after we transfer him to his room" Dr.Kang told me, I just nodded I decided to get some drink before I visit that guy. When I entered his room I can't seem to take my eyes off him I can't deny the fact that he is handsome even though he looks kind of scary, his black hair, his jawline, his nose, his lips, everything about him is perfect.
