That One Phone Call Can Change Everything.

I was sat in Bruce's lab, with me sitting on the bed. Tony was spanning some of my skin tissue of the new tattoo that I gained on my arm less than fifteen minutes ago. We all agreed not to tell Fury until Tony and Bruce found out more. Bruce was examining mybarms lke he had been doing for the last ten minutes I've had it twisted in places I never knew I could. I had my legs folded and my chin on my free palm and my elbow leaning on the side of my knee cap. I ignored the world around me and my thoughts drifted back to the dream. How it was all a lie. How could I make up such a fake memory by myself their is obviously something that my so-called-father knew and was refusing to tell me. I was brought back from my dream as a phone went off. We all looked at Stark but he shook his head. They all turned band looked at me. I reached into my pocket and pulled out my phone." Could it be..." Natasha whispered and stepped forward. I looked at the number. Unknown number. I slid the answer butten right and lifted it to my ear." Hello." I said trying to sound casual." Izzy is that you." The voice from the other side if the phone said. Wait is that " Phoebe?" I questioned." Who else do you think it is." Phoebe said from the other side of the phone. I let a sigh if relief escape my lips and I nodded at the avengers to let them know that it was okay. After I nodded they all seemed to relax and let a sigh of relief escape their lips too." Look phoebe it's good to her from you and that but I'm just in the middle of something important can you call back in maybe te....." I was cut of by Phoebe butting in." Yeah Yeah just let me tell you something first after I answer the door." She said. I smiled. I missed Phoebe. I missed everyone. There was pause and then I heard rattling of keys. I head the door unlock and after I heard the door click I heard a massive bang. I jumped out of my skin and the Avengers all tensed again. There was a painful moan and I heard someone pick up the phone." Izzy.." It was phoebe she started to cough really hard and she carried on speaking." I can't see anybody it's too cloudy but the thing I wanted to tell you, if I don't get to tell you later..." She started coughing again." Todd asked me to marry him and I said ye..." She was cut of when she heard footsteps." Stand up and run to your bathroom." I said panicky. I let a tear fall down and I stood up and started pacing until I heard her say that she was their." Get Todd's scissors that he uses to cut your hair with and arm yourself." I said a few more tears trickling down my cheek." Their walking about the house, Izzy they know I'm here." Phoebe said from the other side of the phone." Look you are going to make it too your wedding. I swear down on my life even if you to get captured I will come and save you. Just keep thinking about Todd. And what brides dress your going to wear and who your bridesmaids are and what they are going to wear." I stopped talking as I heard her chuckle." You are definitely going to be a bridesmaid." I chuckled and looked at the Avengers to see them looking at the floor." Just don't make me wear something stupid. Just remember that Todd loves and the I love y....." I was  ut of when I heard the bathroom door bang open and Phoebe I collapsed to my knees only letting a few tears fall. I am not going to show any weaknesses. I heard the phone get picked up and I stood up slowly." Izzy listen to me carefully." It was Thanos." Thanos you son of a bitch have I swear down if you hurt her i will find you and I destroy you and I will steal you special infinity gauntlet and make you watch a as i destroy it right in front of your eyes then i might actually feel a little sympathy for you and end your life quick and simple." I was so angry I had fire lit at the palm of my hands." Their is also way that you can save your precious friend and the one that failed to rule Midford and take over." My head shot up." Loki." I mumbled. Thor's head snapped up as he had a tear in his eye." Why do I have to listen to you I could just find you and then kill you slowly and painfully." I said slowly into the phone." And the time i takes you to find me i could of easily broke every bone in your two friends body, healed them, done it then made them die at a painful death." Thanos said from the other end of the phone. I bowed my head and looked at the avengers as I was thinking through my answers." If I do what you ask you will let them all go" I said looking at the avengers again who had changed their mood and was shaking their heads mouthing no. I sighed." Fine what is it that you ask." I said to him running a sweaty hand through my greasy dirty hair. Man I really need to shower. How can i be thinking like this at this moment." I need you to find me the golden dagger. Their you will also find purple amethyst gem. I want you to bring both to me." He said simply." Do I get to know why." I asked keeping my cool." No you do not and you do not need to keep questioning me about it." Thanos said. I could here him getting getting a bit frustrated. I enjoyed it but as he had two of my friends hostage o didn't want to risk any of those lives." We're do I find these stupid artifacts." I said getting  a bit bored and wanting to just go ahead and save loki and Phoebe." I do not know we're they are but I do have some clues." He paused for a moment." Carry on." I said getting inpatient." Calm down my child for I have the clues. You have to memories these word by word." I put his on loud speaker and I told Jarvis to record what he says. After Thanos hung up we all just looked and each other I told Jarvis to repeat eat Thanos said." Right and way ma'am. " there was anyway short pause before the recording started and wand he clues were heard again." The clues are." I heard Thanos saying g. The sound if him still made my blood boil." I was the first person to say what was on my mind.  And everyone else was probably thinking it too " We're screwed."

That was really emotional with Phoebe and Izzy.
