"W-wait... my p-parents are here.." Sykkuno gave a slight push with his fingers circling Corpse's chest.  He let out a short sigh and turned to Sykkuno, laying his head on his chest while listening to his soft heartbeat. It was calming and made him feel at ease. "I'm sorry.." he replied in a soft tone, almost whispering as both Sykkuno's palms slide it's way onto his cheeks gently lifting it, making eye contact with each other.

"W-wha.. there's nothing to a-apologize about Corpse..." he bent towards Corpse's forehead giving him a soft peck, Corpse chuckled and laid back down, gazing towards the pale crescent moon that shone like a slivery claw in the night sky, their lips once again met. As the night sky aglow along with the bright city lights, one head on another's shoulder did they nodded off.

It wasn't long before the day dawned crisp and clear. The dappled sun pouring in through their window. Another day had once again dawned, bringing with it a new pair of lover birds. The light of dawn seeped into the room as Sykkuno rubbed his bleary eyes and walked to the window, looking at the never-ending glow in the sky.

A pair of arms snake up and clasped around Sykkuno's waist, not wanting to let go. He took deeps breath in and out, though he hates brightness, with Sykkuno with his side everything is fine. It just shows how happy he was to be with Sykkuno, all those worries and troubles felt as if it was just trivial matters.

"H-hey... wanna go out this weekend?" Sykkuno smiled.

"You know I can't..." Corpse facial expression darkens.

"-U-um... No hurt feelings!..." Sykkuno awkwardly rubs the back of his neck, feeling slightly dejected.

Corpse groans, feeling at fault as he asked "You sure... there aren't any people there...?"

"yes" a quick and direct answer, Sykkuno lifts his face and gave a fluffy smile. An arrow could be seen peered into Corpse's heart just seeing how cute his partner is.

"Mom Dad! We're going out for a while! I've prepared some breakfast on the table" Sykkuno said with a smile while grabbing onto both of their coats, pulling Corpse out from the house towards his small Myvi car parked in the garage.

"Um.. I know this is late for me to ask but... where are we going?" Corpse looked at Sykkuno, finally speaking up after riding for almost one hour. "You'll see!" Sykkuno replied with a smile while playing some songs on the radio. When the song "Thousand Years" was played, the feeling of nostalgia came back to them.

When they were young, the movie Twilight was really good, and young Sykkuno would always play the movie over and over while dragging Corpse to watch it with him. But sadly... before the final movie came out Corpse wasn't there to watch with him anymore...

"H-hey Corpse! Do you still remember those days when we always watch movies together...? Really brings back memories haha... " Sykkuno chuckled. "Just call me Noah..." Corpse pulled his hand out of his pocket giving a small pat on Sykkuno's head.

"And yes... I remembered..." he continued, while Sykkuno's face flushed beet red. A small grumble could be heard from Sykkuno's stomach as they stop halfway at a side restaurant. There weren't many people around since it was a weekday, they then sat at the corner of the restaurant, trying to lessen as many attention possible.

"OH MY GAWDDD! You're Sykkuno aren't you?!" A girl screamed holding onto her phone signalling if they could take pictures together. Sykkuno then awkwardly nodded as the girl asked for Corpse's who was basically stiff and sweating profusely by this. He quietly nodded and took the phone, helping them to take photos.

The girl was scooching over Sykkuno with her hands around his shoulder while posing a peace sign to the camera. Seeing this made Corpse felt slightly pissed off but he could only hold it in since it's just a fan.

Seeing at Corpse's facial expression becoming pale by second, Sykkuno then ordered a take out as he hurried to the car along with Corpse. "I'm sorry... I didn't think we would meet with anyone who knows me here..." Sykkuno feels bad after seeing how Corpse was being quiet.

"It's fine... C'mon.. let's hurry up and finish our meal before it gets cold" Corpse replied as he shoved the unwrapped burrito into Sykkuno's mouth. "Mphm! Dwis is sho gewd! (This is so good!)" Sykkuno munched cheerfully.

Corpse reached towards a small piece of the burrito wrap on Sykkuno cheeks and licked it. "W-what are you doing?!" Sykkuno reddens as he quickly covers his face. Corpse chuckled as he then continues eating his taco. After finishing their meal, they then chatted for a while before Corpse's vision started drifting off while looking at the beautiful scenery outside.

It felt like time passed by fast as another hour has once again passed by when they both reached their destiny. Corpse could feel Sykkuno gently peck his cheeks while shaking him awake. "We're here Noah..." he whispered as the egg yolk sun poured through the car window and awaited entrance into Noah's eyes. Sight still in clutches of the darkness's glue, he hesitantly rubbed the dreams away.

Outside the window was a vast land filled with a sweet old-fashioned cottage, it was their childhood hideout, the owner of the cottage used to belong to pair elderly married couple but it was abandoned after they moved out.

In the past whenever they had any hot arguments with either of their parents, they would come here together, enjoying those delicious cookies made by the owner. Thinking back, it was a really experience.

A faint scent of lavender associated with the slightly tangy smell of dill weed could be picked up wafting through the summer air, the sound of birds and the tinkling of wind chimes.

Sykkuno then wiggled his fingers around Noah's palm, hauling Noah towards the house. "I... bought this place some time ago..." Sykkuno smiled as he continued

"I bought this place... with the thought that... maybe one day... just one day... you would come back again..." visible tears could be seen forming. "L-like I said... I've really missed you..." Sykkuno rests his head onto Corpse's shoulder, both of his arms around Corpse's waist.

"I'm sorry that I've been gone so long... I'm here now.." Corpse replied, both of his arms wrapping around his partner. "Thank you for waiting for me all these years.." he carried on with his gaze locked onto Sykkuno's eyes. The moment they got into the house, he held onto Sykkuno's cheeks and kissed him softly. Everything around them just seems a blur, all they could remember was the happiness and joy of meeting each other.

Both of them were smiling uncontrollably, hugging onto each other even after the evening sun cast long shadows of them...
