3: The models friendlier friend

Besides the bickering at the beginning of the ride, the rest of the trip was pleasantly calm and quiet. The three who currently occupied the car were all doing their own thing, the driver who was paying attention to the road (as he should), Jeongguk who was contemplating if he should delete the photo the older took and Taehyung who was looking out the car window.

Before long they had arrived at the campsite in which all of the activities would be happening around. The ground was damped due the the reoccurring rain but a little dirt never scared the boy. They hopped out the car and preceded to grab their luggage's, the dirt that previously didn't bother the idol now got on his nerves as his carriers wheels began to dig into the ground. Pulling it prior to this was easy but now it's became a chore. He grunted as he dragged what felt like a bag of rocks across the ground.

As all of this was flowing through his mind, he tilted his head to look as Taehyung who was pulling his luggage along with no issue. Seeing that the man wasn't haven't a quarter life crisis really slapped Jeongguk back into reality, I came here to show off my strength and talent at outdoor activities... and a little wet dirt is getting to me... what the hell??? The younger turned around and waved good bye to the driver before dragging his luggage along towards the small building they were told to enter. As he walked behind the taller male the singer made up his mind that he'll definitely one up the model in every activity possible.

When the two made it to the small building that was made up of 3 floors, they were greeted by the team that were behind the show. They had firstly apologized about the unprofessionalism of their planning this year and has explained that a lot of people who were originally planning to join ended up backing out because of the weather change or upcoming performances. They then continued by letting them know that there were originally 20 participants but now they were at 15. This actually made Jeongguk a little happy as lesser people meant more screen time for each person. The team cleared up some misunderstandings before letting the two know that activities would be starting the next day so some of the attendees haven't yet arrived and they should get some rest in their cabins.

Following one of the team members the two again dragged their luggage's out towards nature. Surprising the cabin wasn't small and had two bedrooms. The person who had brought them there took their leave and Jeongguk hurried inside before taking off his shoes. He left the luggage out in the living room and checked out both bedrooms. One had a large sliding glass door that allowed one to go outside and the other just had a medium sized window. Needless to say since the boy was the first to check out the rooms, he immediately called dibs on the one with the glass door. Taehyung didn't seem to care which room he got and just chilled on the couch in the living room

Even with the weather being a bit gloomy, the scenery outside was still nice. Jeongguk laid down onto the bed softly and took in a deep breath, "hah, smells like wood." The silence was enjoyable and when he had listened quietly he could hear birds chirping. Not knowing why, the calmness of this place actually made him happy, well at least feel better about having to spend the next few days with the asshole. Again the boy sighed. His sighing will then be interrupted by the male model who peeked his head into the youngers room, "Jeongguk ah, you seem to have a habit of talking to yourself and it also seems like you have a shortness of breath, maybe you'd like to get that checked?"

The face displayed on the older males was less of concern and more of mockery. "Oh whatever! I'm gonna go get something to eat..." the younger groaned as he sat up from the bed and rushed past Taehyung. This meant he'll have to return to the main building they had just came from as that's where the canteen was located. Before he managed to leave the cabin however, the man called out, "get me dinner too~"

With that the boy slammed the door and was again out in nature, its much better out here without him... he walked alone enjoying the small breezes that would pass him once in a while before bumping into a taller male. "Jeongguk?" The mans voice was familiarly deep causing the younger to cock his head up quickly, "oh Lee!"

Lee smiled pleasantly and commented, "I know we were supposed to be dorm mates but seems like plans changed haha, you've got tae right?" The way the male spoke of the other gave the younger the image that the two models were friends. Well of course they'd be close, they've modeled together previously and that magazine sold like crazy. Jeongguk nodded and rubbed his arms, "yeah, he's..." the boy didn't have the heart to express his distaste for the man but shockingly Lee finished his sentence for him, "rude?"

Jeongguk's mouth was agape and it prompted the taller male to chuckle, "He's like that, but when you get pass that part he's pretty nice, just has a bad attitude most of the time though, anyways where you headed to?"
