Sam - His favourite photo of you both is after a hunt Sam sat in the back seat of the impala with you and you fell asleep on Sam's Shoulder when Dean stopped the impala, Dean caught Sam off guard and the picture was you asleep on Sam's shoulder and Sam looking at you sleep in a loving way.Even though you both had blood all over your clothes and some cuts here and there, It's still his favourite photo.
Castiel - The picture Castiel cherishes the most is one day after dinner at the bunker Dean said something absolutely hysterical. The picture is Castiel with his arms around you with you both laughing so hard you were about to cry, while Sam snapped the photo of you two.
Dean - Dean's favourite photo as a couple with you is when you all were watching marley and me one of your favorite movies of all time and it made you cry every single time.
