Sophia and her mother had a very close relationship before her father had passed away. They used to talk all night about music and they were always going out and doing things together
When she was younger her mother would braid her hair and had to become a better person. That's why she looked up to her.
That changed when her father died, after that day her mother would go out day and night getting drunk and doing drugs. That's when a friend of her mom's took her to a rehab center leaving Sophia to go to foster care.

Sophia and her father also had a very close relationship. He had taught her how to be an independent person and how to be a hard-worker. Sophia's dad was the only person who she would sing infront of and who has actually heard one of her songs.
Sophia wanted to be just like her dad so when he passed away it was really hard for her. She would cry herself to sleep for weeks, and she didn't even want to come out of her room.
