I opened my eyes sleepily and looked to the side, emotionless, then turned again and then closed my eyes.

I heard a whispered "Abe??" And then the person nudged me 'I swear imma cry' I thought even though I knew how false that was.

"What?!" I whisper-screamed as i turned around once again "wait..."

"What the heck are you doing here?" None other than the one and only Avneet Kaur asked

I pinched my nose "Oh nothing much I'm just in this plane to blow it up" I said the last words looking straight at her

"I wouldn't even question it twice with your personality and anger issues" she rolled her eyes

"What the fuck did you just say?" I asked even tho I heard perfectly well

"Kaan kharab" she muttered "And don't cuss"

"This isn't class" I shouted back
"Don't shout OMG"
"This isn't a hospital"
"It also isn't your house" She replied snarkily

"What. Are. You. Doing. Here?!" She repeated her earlier question
"I should be asking you that"
"Well of course I'm not going for fun I'm going-"

"Just move somewhere else omg" Avneet told me
"Listen I'm too tired for this so no"

Before I could reply to her we heard "Excuse me, Sir, Ma'am, do you need any help? Actually a lot of our other passengers were complaining about you both arguing"

"Yes!" Avneet piped up "Are there any other free seats?"

"Ma'am there's the seat that Sir left which is now not in a good condition there's a middle seat row but I should warn you that there is a well, hyperactive baby just behind that seat and the last one is actually being used by a physically disabled person"

"Guess you'll have to go with the hyperactive baby" she shrugged with a smirk

I turned towards her "Listen," I tried to hide my yawn but it came out "I've been up for 15 hours surviving simply on coffee, internet, and half an hour of sleep so please I cannot deal with a hyperactive baby can I please stay here for the sake of my sanity?"

"I don't care about you or your sanity but you did say please for the first time in your life so fine you can stay here but don't interact with me"

"Thank you so much" I said to the flight attendant "But I'll stay here"

"Okay Sir, Ma'am, please make sure to call me if you need anything" They smiled and walked away

I closed my eyes again but now my mind was clear so I couldn't sleep great. I looked at Avneet who was searching for something and then I saw her book. I wasn't usually interested in them but I was bored rn so I picked it up "Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods" I whispered below my breath but I guess she heard since she snatched the book from me.
