The girls where all together at lunch break. Nozomu was in the line waiting to order her favorite dessert, cheesecake.
"You are in luck, it's the last cheesecake" the one that served said. "Thank you very much!" Nozomu said with a small smile. "Just when she left, she heard Todoroki asking for one. She felt bad, whenever there's no more cheesecake her mood kind of drops. She saw him walking back to his table, and sitting looking at his phone. "Give me a sec, be right back" Nozomu said. She took her cheesecake with her, and slowly approached Todoroki. She didn't know why she felt nervous, but she was.
"Umm... hey... I- I heard you wanted cheesecake and there wasn't anymore... I can give you half of mine..." she said looking down with a small blush. "It's fine, you don't need to" he said. "I already cut the half" she persuade. "Fine, okay" he accepted.
Instead of going away, she sited right in front him. He turned to look at her, but eventually went back to his phone. She sighted as she ate her half cheesecake, also getting her phone out. "I still don't have your number" Nozomu said. Todoroki turned to look at her. "I have everyone's number, except yours" she said. "Well and Bakugo but he doesn't matter" she added. "I'll put it down" he said. She passed him her phone, and he wrote his number which it seemed that he knew from memory. "Thanks..." she said when he gave it back.
She didn't know why she stayed there, or even asked for his number. Earlier she just wanted to beat him, and now she even have her half of her beloved cheesecake. "He has pretty eyes" she thought. He turned to look at her, and she looked at him, both lucking eyes. "I said it out loud, didn't I...?" she asked. "Hmh" Todoroki hummed in response of yes. Nozomu felt her cheeks redden, she would never ever admit that she thought he was handsome, and there she was, her stupid self thinking out loud. "Well..." she cleared her throat. "The girl are probably wondering where I am... umm... pleasure to share my cake with you...?" she said standing up and before he could react she left.
Nozomu returned to the girl's table, her cheeks still red. "Nomu-chan~ I saw you with Todoroki and you come back all red" Mina teased. "I- no, it was something else" she said. "sureeee" Toru said. "Nomu does seem to look at Todoroki, ribbit" Tsu said. "N-no! I'm not!" Nozomu denied strongly.
The girls ended up laughing while Nozomu blushed even more. It was the only time in the whole day where they could relax with their friends.
