*Kellin's POV*

I sighed in content as I snuggled closer to my boyfriend under the blanket, staring into the fireplace that is burning brightly in front of us, giving off some warmth in this freezing cold weather. He rested his head on top of mine, that was in the crook of his neck, my nose just barely brushing his rosy cheek, his arm pulling me even closer to his body.

I laced my fingers with his under the comforters, sneaking a peek at my perfect boyfriend, Vic. He was staring off in space, though his big brown eyes shone brighter than the sun and moon combined, sparkling more than any star could compare. That's what I loved about him, his emotions may not always be on display on his face, though I can easily read him through his eyes, that I get lost in countless of times.

"Like what you see Kells?" He chuckled.

I blinked, not even noticing that I had zoned out to, staring at him. See what I mean?

"Of course, or I wouldn't be here with you." I told him cheekily, smiling slightly.

"But I'm glad you are." He said back, pecking my lips lightly and giving my side a squeeze, making me cry out in surprise. He never failed to do that.

"I'm gonna make some more hot chocolate, want any?" I asked him.

"Sure, peppermint please!" He yelled after me, as I was already up and going to make me one myself, both of our mugs in hand, since we had some earlier and were too lazy to put them in the sink.

I placed both mugs on the counter, and grabbed two peppermint hot chocolate instant makers, turning back on the coffee maker. I put in one hot chocolate cup and put the mug under the spout, just let the machine do its thing.

I hummed as I decided to make me and Vic some sandwiches also, since it was close to lunch. As I was finishing his sandwich, the machine beeped, signaling that his mug was also done.

I took his mug out, replacing it with mine and put my hot chocolate cup in, and then going back to making my sandwich.

As I was placing the meat on the bread, warm arms snaked around my clothed torso, pulling me back slightly. I jumped slightly, though relaxed almost immediately as I knew it was Vic who was behind me. I leaned back into his touch as he planted light kisses on my neck, rubbing circles on my hips.

I closed my eyes, completely forgetting the sandwich and closed my eyes, leaning my head to the left slightly, giving him more access.

"Kells." He whispered against my skin, sending shivers down my spine.

"Hmm?" I hummed in response.

"Look." He detached his lips from my neck and instead rested his chin on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see his hand pointing ahead through the window, revealing a small layer of snow covering the ground.

How had I not noticed this before, I do not know. I squealed in surprise, making my way out of Vic's grip and leaning against the counter, my nose practically touching the window, my breath fogging up the window slightly, as I soaked in the glistening snow on the ground. There was no snow this season at all so far, and winter is my absolute favorite season, so I was ecstatic.

My boyfriend chuckled behind me, wrapping his arms around my again, looking out the window, though not as close.

"Come on, we gotta go outside!" I yelped, testing myself from his grip once again, running to the closet in the hallway and grabbing my coat, gloves, hat, and snow boots. I quickly put them all on, pulling open the sliding door to our backyard and running outside, head tilted up, spinning around.
