Due to studies, it has been said that there are only between 20-50 serial killers at large in the United States of America at a time, however, serial killers are at large worldwide.
Not many people kill and even fewer kill again, but there's always a few out there.
Not many people know the difference between a sociopath, and a psychopath, so I will explain what each are so you can know the difference.
A psychopath.
A psychopath is someone who plans out their actions with the upmost precision and acts out their plans with perfection and are only found when they want to be. They are unable to connect with society due to the fact that experiencing emotions is like a foreign language to them, any psychopaths that show emotion the emotion is fake, an act, basically, so they can be 'connected' with society. They are unable to keep a stable relationship due to that fact, wether the relationship is a friend or a lover it does not matter. They feel no remorse for their bad actions.
A sociopath.
A sociopath is someone who acts on impulse and their actions are messy unplanned and almost always gets them caught. They are able to feel basic emotions and keep a stable relationship with people and their emotions aren't forced upon their face. They to feel no remorse for their bad actions.
