The date was November 28th, 2020. The Padilla family, including the twins Roberta (Pajama Party Rin) and Patrick (Pajama Party Len) were currently eating breakfast. For once, Patrick was awake.
Mrs. Padilla: Can you believe it, dear? Our little darlings are going to be 16.
Mr. Padilla: I remember when they were just babies.
Pajama Party Len: Here we go again...
Pajama Party Rin: Mom, didn't you get a birthday cake for us from Lillian and Associates' Goods?
Pajama Party Len: Yeah, we love their cakes!
Mrs. Padilla: I sure did. I went on the day before Thanksgiving. It's just chilling in the freezer.
Pajama Party Rin: Well, I don't want to eat it yet.
Pajama Party Len: Me neither. I want to chat with my girlfriend, Patience (Pajama Party Miku).
Mr. Padilla: Oh, alright then. You can go.
Patrick and Roberta went upstairs to their room.
While Roberta was setting up the chat with Patience, Patrick was fast asleep again.
Pajama Party Miku: Hi, Roberta!
Pajama Party Rin: Hey.
Pajama Party Miku: Where's your brother?
Roberta pointed beside her.
Pajama Party Miku: Oh, I see.
Pajama Party Rin: It's his sleep apnea. He can't really control it.
Pajama Party Miku: HEY, PATRICK!!!
Pajama Party Len: I'm up! Oh, hey Patience.
Pajama Party Miku: Did you even get sleep last night?
Pajama Party Rin: Yeah, he did. And he's still tired.
Pajama Party Miku: What other symptoms does sleep apnea have? I want to know more.
Pajama Party Rin: Well, Patrick sometimes gets headaches, mood swings, and dry throat. We have all kinds of medications for him. He also has a water bottle so that he doesn't have to get up and get water from the sink like every hour or something.
Pajama Party Len: I have a headache right now...
Pajama Party Rin: You do? How bad is it? On a scale of one to 10.
Pajama Party Len: I would say a 6.
Pajama Party Rin: Okay. I'll get your medicine.
Roberta left, but came back a minute later with a small bottle of Tylenol. She fed her brother a couple of pills.
Pajama Party Miku: Poor Patty...
Pajama Party Rin: I know. It's the same routine every day.
Pajama Party Miku: By the way, happy birthday, guys.
Pajama Party Len: Thank you.
Pajama Party Rin: Well, I think Patrick will get to have cake later. It's obvious he's tired right now.
Pajama Party Miku: Well, when me and Patrick get married eventually, I'll be sure to take care of him.
Pajama Party Rin: You better.
Mr. Padilla: Hey, kids. You ready for that cake now?
Pajama Party Rin: I am. Can we save a slice for Patrick?
Mr. Padilla: Absolutely! Are you talking to Patience right now?
Pajama Party Rin: Yep.
Pajama Party Miku: Hi, Mr. Padilla.
Mr. Padilla: Hello, Ms. Peterson.
Pajama Party Miku: I'll leave you to your cake then. I hope you guys have an awesome birthday.
Roberta and Patience both signed off from Zoom. Then Roberta put her brother back into bed. Finally, she joined her parents downstairs and ate some cake.
