SKY'S POV

"Sky you've have grown a lot." my grandfather stated. "Before you tell me your purpose for coming, tell me how's everything?" He asked I had a feeling in the pit of my stomach but I couldn't figure out what it was. "Well before all the demon and angel business, I was great I had a normal family, friends, my school life was good too. But then all that changed after visiting the nearest Walmart. Also being told that you're not human, sprouting wings out of nowhere, and being constantly visited by
demons. Other than that I'm just fantastic. "I exclaimed sarcastically. He sat there not saying a word. I raised an eyebrow questioningly, waiting for a response. "Sky let me ask you something, who are you?" When he asked that question my head started to ache and my heart started to race. He was serious I could tell from he's dead gaze, as he waited for an answer. Everything around me became darker, now everything was dark around me, I couldn't see anything the office disappeared. I was trapped in the darkness. But i still see him in front of me, his eyes were the only things
emitting light in the darkness. I was frozen at his gaze, I couldn't move at all. I opened my mouth trying to think of an answer but nothing, that's all that came out my mouth. Slowly his eyes started to close. "No please don't go." Is what I've what have said but I couldn't say a thing maybe it was fear. Then there was a flash, I was back at the hotel office. I looked for my grandfather but he wasn't in his chair. I stood up quickly and looked around. That little rodent was laying on the floor by a hallway I haven't seen before. I walked towards it cautiously. "If you want to know what you are, then you may enter, but you have to prepare to lose everything. " he said behind me, I still felt that nerve wrecking gaze of his. "What if I refuse?" I questioned him. "Then you may never find the answer your looking for." I pondered deeply. "Can I ever come back to do this?" I asked him. He looked like he was thinking. "Yes you may come back but, when you do it'll be the last time." He answered sternly. I nodded at him. He walked me over to the door, so that I could leave. "Hold on what about the rings, and also where is my real parents." I stopped to ask. "Well I don't know if I did they would've been either dead or tormented for all eternity." He said with no sign that he was lying or joking. "Do you know where I could find them?" I asked hopingly. He then went back to his desk and grabbed a folder. He then handed it to me and said "find this girl, she probably know where your parents are." I opened the folder and saw a picture of a girl who looked familiar. "If you knew that how come you haven't captured her and interrogated her for their location?" I asked. He sighed and shook his head. "I may be the king of the underworld but there are restrictions of what I can do. Just like humans we abide by the rules that are made. Also i can't find this girl's location she escaped from the underworld two years ago." I looked at the picture and examined closer. "I'll try to find her but when I do you won't have her." I told him. He looked at me and smirked. "I know that I just want to have a little fun before everything is complete." I went my way back to Mr.X, I saw him waiting at the door smiling. "Did you have fun with your grandfather?" He asked in a kind of mocking tone. "Yeah it was great we got to play board games, tell stories, and sang camp fire songs." I responded sarcastically. We went back to the car and drove back. As we were driving, I stared at the picture trying to figure out where have I seen this girl before.
