Chapter 1

You're hanging on Bakugou's couch while playing some video games together with him. Even though he keeps on beating you in the fighting game he chose you're still having fun. Sometimes you can't do anything but rage when the screen says you've been defeated yet again. But every time you do that Bakugou smiles. He has made known to you that the only reason he likes playing this game so much with you is because he gets to see you rage, and he thinks that's adorable. Reminds him a bit of his boyfriend, because even though Kirishima seems like a sweet boy most of the time, he can rage while playing games. Bakugou laughed when you threw the controller across the room once again. "You do have to stop throwing your controller [y/n], you'll break it at one point and I ain't buying you a new one." You laughed to and sat back down on the couch leaning back. "Another game?" Bakugou shook his head, "I actually wanted to ask you something [y/n]." "Hmm?" you asked him. "I've seen you looking at icy-hot, you have a crush on him don't you?" he asked immediately. You blushed a bit at hearing his nickname for Shoto. "Nooooooooooooooo" you said "Of course I don't!". Bakugou laughed again "You do, you do, I can see it, I can read it off of you, you're an open book [y/n] accept it." You looked away, "Okay, you figured me out." you admitted. Bakugou smiled "Maybe this should be the way I can thank you for bringing Kiri and me together." "Whatcha gonna do Katsuki? Set us up for a date." "Maybe I will." Bakugou grinned. "I should call him right now." he picked up his phone "And tell him how much you've been wanting to be with him." he started tapping in a phone number on his phone. You instinctively stopped the time. Whispered to him "You will not.", snatched his phone from his hand and hit it behind a pillow on the couch. You sat down again, arms crossed and looked at him as you resumed the time. You saw him tap on his hand. "Damn, I keep on forgetting you can do such a thing." he said, a bit annoyed at the sudden disappearance of his phone. "Where did you leave it?" he asked you. "I'll only tell you if you promise you won't call Shoto immediately, I don't want you snitching on me mister." you replied, "I won't, don't worry, I just wanna call Kiri." You showed him where you left his phone, behind the couch cushion. He dialed Kiri's number and called him, soon he was caught up in a chat with his baby. You checked your phone, 0 messages, as usual. You opened Instagram scrolling mindlessly through it. You saw a picture of Shoto and liked it instantly. He had made a selfie with Izuku, it was made yesterday. They had been hanging around in the city and were holding some stuff from McDonalds in the photo. Izuku was the one Shoto was closest to. And you caught yourself wishing you were Izuku instead, if only it was to be closer to Shoto. Then you got a message, Shoto, "Hi" you read. You tapped and was sent to Whatsapp. "Hii Shoto" you messaged back. "Whats up?". "Oh just a bit lonely." he replied, "Whatcha doing?" "Oh I'm at Bakugou's, but he's calling with his boyfriend, I could put you on a discord call if you want to, then you'll be less lonely." you messaged. "I'd like that." Shoto said, and you hopped onto discord, calling Shoto. "Hii Shoto." you said "Hi" he said back. "I see you went to the city with Izuku yesterday," you said "How was it?". "Fun" you heard Shoto say, "We went to McDonalds.". "I kinda wish I invited you too though.". You blushed "Oh you don't, I'm sure you were fine just being with Izuku." "No I do." "Hey," you heard Bakugou call out to you "Who you calling? Kiri had to go.". You held the phone away from your ear and told Bakugou who you were calling. "Shoto." he repeated what you said. Then he snatched the phone from your hand. "Hey!" you said. "Give it back." he hold you back by your head as you were trying to grab the phone from him. You wanted to stop time again, but couldn't do it fast enough. "Hey icyhot, you free tomorrow evening?" Bakugou said. You stopped time and snatched your phone back real quick. "Sorry about that." you said to Shoto. "No it's fine," Shoto told you "I'm not surprised Bakugou did that. Tell him that I am free tomorrow evening." you hold away the phone "He's free tomorrow evening." you told Bakugou and then he asked you the same thing. "Are you free tomorrow evening? We could hang around at your place maybe." You muted your mic. "Are you trying to set us up or something?" you asked. "No Bakugou said, I just wanna hang out with you and another good friend of yours." he smiled innocently. You shook your head "Yes I'm free tomorrow evening and yes we can hang at my place." "Nice." Bakugou said "Can I now have your phone for a sec so I can talk to icy-hot?" he asked. You unmuted your mic and handed over your phone. He turned around and talked to Shoto. "So you're free tomorrow evening?" "Hmm, yeah? Nice. [Y/n]'s also free then, we can hang at her place okay, deal?" "Okay, nice that's set, so there's just one thing." You watched Bakugou call with Shoto wondering what the problem was. "I got bandpractice tomorrow, so I can't come so you'll just have to hang out with [y/n] alone okay?" he laughed. "Oh you don't mind? Great! Sounds like a date to me!" "Hope you two have fun tomorrow." He handed the phone back to you and smiled "You have a date tomorrow." You looked at him with a mixed expression on your face, you were mad at him for doing such a thing, but also kinda thankful for pushing you over the line. You snatched back your phone and told Shoto it was you again. "So a date tomorrow huh, us two?" you blushed "Y-yeah, if you're alright with that." you heard Shoto laugh "I surely don't mind" he told you and you watched Bakugou sit down on the couch. His cat, a ragdoll, jumped on his lap and he started petting it while grinning, making him look like a supervillain. You laughed a bit at the sight. "You wanna make it a movie date maybe?" you told him. "Yeah sure, you have Disney+ right?" "Yeah" you said "You know," Shoto said "I know you like Hamilton, and I've wanted to see it for a while." "Hamilton huh," you said enthusiastically "You know what you're signing up for then right." "Yeah" Shoto laughed "Yeah I know, I'd love to watch it with you." he said "Okay," you said "We need a lot of time then, you know my dad's leaving tomorrow for a dinner with some people from his work, won't be home until late, if you can be at my place at 5 you can eat here too, my dad lets me order sushi tomorrow." "Sounds good." Shoto said "Alright," you replied "It's gonna be fun! See you tomorrow then Sho." "Yeah, see ya [y/n], I can't wait." then he hang up the call. You looked at Bakugou. "I got a date with Shoto Todoroki." Bakugou was still grinning. "It's the least I could do." he said and you flew into his arms scaring his cat away. "Thank you Katsuki, you're a great friend." he petted your hair as you two were hugging. "Anything for a friend as good as you [y/n].
