EXO Luhan

You sighed and packed your things before leaving the school’s library. You exited through the large iron gates at the front of the school and made your way home. It was completely dark outside. You clutched your phone in your hand tightly. Recently, people have been going missing in your neighborhood. It freaked you out to no end. The single survivor said that wild beasts attacked her, but there was no evidence that proved this. People just assumed she had gone crazy. You felt a presence that made the air thick. Almost as if you were being stalked, like prey. You turned around, but you didn’t see anything. You sighed, trying to calm yourself. 

You shook your head and continued walking, pace quickened. You heard a snarl and you turned again. This time, there was no doubting that something was following as a wolf came flying towards you. You crouched down and closed your eyes, shielding your head. You prepared yourself for impact, but it never came. You opened your eyes and saw a white wolf standing over the black one. The white one snarled again and the black seemed to scoff before trotting off. The white wolf then turned towards you. What were you doing? Your brain was telling you to run, but your heart was telling you to stay. There was almost a connection that you felt. Ridiculous. It came closer before stopping a few feet away from you. You heard a wolf’s howl and it looked in the direction of the howl, then ran off. You were utterly confused, but finally you came to your senses and ran home.

You looked out the window and sighed. What was that? What had happened exactly? You couldn’t keep your mind off of it since that day. Your teacher came in with a handsome man behind him. He was dressed in all black, making him seem whiter, and his light blonde hair only making his skin look even more milky-white. His appearance was strangle familiar… He introduced himself and took a seat in the same row as you, on the opposite side of the classroom. After class, you went in his direction, you felt like you had seen him somewhere before. He saw you and quickly left. You then spent the rest of the day pondering over where you had seen this Luhan guy before.

For the next two weeks, you saw Luhan everywhere. It felt like he was following you. He never talked to you, he never acknowledged you, and yet, he was always around you. You had been looking for him since then, you just felt this connection, even if you hadn’t spoken with each other before.

Stories of people disappearing were more rampant than before and you had made an effort to go home early since that night. You finished helping your teacher and grabbed your bag.

”_______-ah. Be careful on your way home… People are going missing left and right. Luhan, please escort her home.”

"Huh? Oh… Yeah." Luhan glanced over at you and you made eye contact. He quickly looked away and you followed him out of the school. 

"Have we met before?" You asked. This was your chance, he couldn’t run now. 

"No…" He said quietly, it was like he was listening to his surroundings and not so much to you. 

"Did I do something to make you angry? If I did, I’m sorry… Can we be friends?" You were desperately hoping he’d accept. You craved his presence and acknowledgment.

"No. We can never be friends…" Suddenly, Luhan pushed you and you fell back. You looked up and saw the white wolf from the other night in Luhan’s place and the same black wolf to the side. The white wolf’s leg was bleeding and you quickly stood up, rushing to its side. It snarled and you stopped yourself. The two wolves then changed and two humans were in their places. You couldn’t believe your eyes… Werewolves? You thought this was only in stories! Luhan was clutching his arm and the other came closer. Squatting down beside the two of you.
