PART 8 : THE CONFRONTATION

Issei was on his way to school having dealt with that dumb incident. he knew he was already late so he wasn't in much of a hurry. why? because you can't be late a second time. were you going to be late or being late? nah, he just casually strolled along the streets seeing the school gates in his view. upon closer inspection he saw sona waiting at the school gate with a pissed of look. he wasn't scared or anything but something about her being mad, just rubbed him the wrong way. However he had no choice but to pass her since she was basically guarding the entrance.

Issei : Good morning sona.

Sone : Issei.

Issei : (damn, I can tell she's pissed) yes.

Sona : Did I or did I not tell you to get here early?

Issei : Oh yeah......

Sona : .....

Issei : Something came up.

Sona : (okay sona calm down and relax. your just overreacting) *inhale*...*exhale* . . . what happened?

Issei : I was threatened, forced to eat dog food and almost raped.

Sona : Issei get inside the school. I don't want to hear another word from you.

Issei : No problem. *walks inside*

Sona : (Why is he always such a handful? I got work to do so I should probably get back)

Sona returned to her council duties but not before feeling a disturbing presence before leaving the school gate. she don't know what the source of that presence was or where exactly it was coming from. what she did know was that it was dangerous. returning to her duties she made a mental note of what she felt. on another note she notice issei seemed stronger than before. he improved in such a small amount of time.

she would be lying if she said that she didn't want to ask him about joining her peerage. however she knew that issei was already apart of one with rias. not only that but he already seems to be having his own problems. so it was probably best if she kept her personal interests to herself. on her way to her office she saw sara heading behind the school, which wasn't suspicious. if it wasn't for the angry expression on her face, but then again it isn't any of her business now is it?

Meanwhile you were in class taking a quick nap. chemistry was a subject that you gave up on a long time ago. even the teacher knew this, so she never tried waking you up. the bell rang for lunch and that instantly woke you up. you left to go to the cafeteria and ran into max. You were about to walk right past him get something to eat but he grabbed your shoulder. Deciding to get this over with you were about to perform a back kick to do a little bit of damage. Max seeing this quickly let you go and placed up his hands.

Max : Woah, woah, take it easy I just wanna talk.

Y/N : . . . . . . about?

Max : I just wanna say I'm sorry about everything alright. I get it your pretty strong, and I really don't wanna be on bad terms with you guys.

Y/N : Fine, apology accepted. later.

Max : Wait !!!

Y/N : Dude what now, if I don't hurry I'll be left what all the food everyone doesn't want.

It was sudden and real quick but the atmosphere turned into a serious one. max didn't have his usual cocky, smartass, playboy look he usually has. it more serious and all business.

Max : You need to be careful and watch yourself. jack reported that you and issei beat him up with a little lies here and there. our clan isn't one that takes likely to losers so he was executed.
