There was knock on the door and I knew it was the guys. Ellie followed me hiding behind me nervously. I don't think she liked meeting new people, and all things considered,I didn't blame her either.
When I opened the door, Dave Sam, Joe and James were stood there. They all looked on a mission.
They all walked in and went to the living room. I turned to Ellie. She was shaking.
" It's okay" I moved a stray piece of hair from her face. " They won't hurt you"
She nodded, and followed me. I introduced her to the guys.
"Guys this is Ellie, Ellie this is the guys" I said there names and pointed towards each of them. She looked even smaller in a room full of ridiculously tall people.
" So he did that to you?" Dave pointed at her face. She nodded.
" What an arsehole " James said.
" Don't worry Ellie we will look after you" Sam said
" Wow" she said smiling " it's like avengers assembled all over again. But this time it's real. "
We all laughed.
" But guys on a serious note he will try to hurt you if he thinks you protecting me ... I don't want any of you getting hurt okay? " She frowned a little.
"We've got this Els " Dave said
"We should go" she said
I drove Ellie and Dave and Sam drove behind me with Joe and James.
"Just right here" she said, pointing her shaking hand towards the house.
" Right you go and we will be right behind you okay.... We won't let him hurt you"
" Okay " she got out of the car and we all followed her. She knocked on the door. When the man answered it , I assumed it was Tom he started panicking,
"Ellie I'm so sorry I love you please ... Come home " he tried to kiss her but she pushed him off and I felt my body tense ready to punch him.
" I'm here to get my stuff " she said " then I'm outta here" she moved passed him and we followed her.
" Ellie " he roared "you're pathetic you couldn't even come here on you're own"
The guy was well built and about the same height as me.
" I'm not pathetic tom" she called from packing her things " I have friends and you don't that's the difference here"
We all laughed and then Tom got hold of me. The guys were a around him pushing him.
"Whoa what's going on.... TOM LEAVE HIM ALONE, "
" Only if you kiss me" he pushed me away from him and then turned to Ellie she looked at me. Her eyes apologetic. I'm sorry she mouthed.
" It's okay I understand" I said. Tears fell down her face.
" Take the boxes to the car will you" she asked
" Sure " joe and James grabbed two each Sam grabbed the guitar and Dave left with them. It was just me Ellie and Tom here now.
And I was going to make him pay.
