Okay! So I read some fanfics with blood manipulation and the quirks are pretty overpowered (sorry if this offended anyone who reads this), so I decided to weaken it. [I don't know If I did lol]
[Blood manipulation:
The user can manipulate blood by drinking the victim's blood.
The amount of blood = amount of time the quirk user can manipulate it.
For example: 1 drop of blood (sunflower seed side too lazy to do actual measurements) = 1 second
This of course does take a poll on the user too. The user needs stamina and endurance. Plus there is a range to it.
The user can manipulate their own blood, but same rules apply when using it.]
