lol sorry for the wait, i got too many hoes to take care of so i forget time ;)

He wanted you to stay? Why again? Probably because you embarrassed him in front of everyone...A few minutes went by and the doors open again, with just Tyler coming in now.

"Ms. Brown, thank you for staying"- he greets, walking in the door

"Call me Sidney"- you blankly responded

"Sidney it is...You may be wondering why I asked you to stay"- he continues

"Well that is because of our conversation"- he added

Yep. Thought so. You had to keep it calm and stay professional

"What about it?"- you responded

"It was highly inappropriate for such times. In front of all of  the people there"- he said soothingly

"Highly inappropriate? You continued the conversation. What is highly inappropriate is that you are making me stay for a reason that you can't stand your ground"- you growled at him

He just stares at you with his eagerly blue eyes. He starts tapping on his folder with his pen.

"You were much different when I saw you on the trail"- he spits

"Yeah, same to be said for you" you replied quickly

"I like it"- he mumbled

What? Did your hearing just mess up or did he just say that?... You just looked at him confused

He caught on and said, "I like how you use your fire and how you can be two people at once"

"So you're calling me a snake"- you simplified

"No! Not at all! I'm just saying you are perfect... for this job"- he adds

You scoffed and fixed yourself a bit.

"Look, I want you to start as soon as possible. You look great for this job and I think you could go somewhere," he added

You let out a fake smile.

"My employee will give you a contract, please give it back to me by tomorrow" he notes

You nod.

As he starts to walk out, "I want a large black coffee and a caramel bun tomorrow" he asks

"We close early tomorrow" you joked

He let out a light smile and walked out.

The next morning, you called in sick again because you needed time to read the contract. When scanning through it, you see some weird statements.

[HIRE WILL BE UNDER TYLER ADAM'S CONTROL]

[HIRE CAN NOT LEAVE OR ABRUPTLY QUIT WITHOUT 2 MONTHS NOTICE]

[HIRE WILL OBEY TYLER ADAM'S AT ALL TIMES]

That's funny. What type of contract is this?... You look lower and notice the pay range, that was a huge mood booster.

You let out a light sigh and pick up your pen. In the next 3 seconds, this could change your life forever... You sign.

9:30 am

You slowly start to wake up as the sun practically digs holes in your eyes. Quickly sitting up, you pick up your phone for any messages... None.. what a life

Today was the day you give the contract back to Tyler and see what happens. A bit of anxiousness and fear arose in your head, but you just walked over it.

You wore a short skirt with a black blouse and heels. Calling the cab, you get in and wait. Maybe 10 minutes later, you've arrived. You see the two security men there again, and you nod to them. Walking in, you walk over to the front desk.

"Hi, can I see Mr. Tyler Adams please?" you ask, placing your purse on the ledge

She smiles and rings you up on her computer. "Do you have an appointment?"

"Oh no, I'm here to give him some papers" you noted

"So a quick drop in?" ..she smirks

Why did she smirk? That's weird

"Yeah, something like that," you said back

"13th floor, two lefts" she smiles, pointed to the elevators.

You let out a light smile and walk over to the elevators... Walking in, you hear a voice call from outside.

"Hold it please!" a man yells

You quickly place your hand between the doors and stop it.

"Thanks," he says as he walks in.
Swear, he was so fine. Like looking at him and looking at cloud 9, I see no difference. And his voice is so deep and clean, and that hair. Brown, slick back, and he's fit too. Gurllll....

"F-floor?" you stutter. That was embarrassing

"13th please" he grins, turning over to you

After what felt like hours aka 15 seconds, "You new here?" he questions

"Yeah, how'd you know" you turn over to him

"I don't know. You give me newbie vibes" he chuckles, scratching his arm

"Newbie vibes?" you giggle back

"Yeah. I work on the managing team here, Tyler's my boss.. I'm assuming yours too?" he examined with his deep green eyes.

"I hope so, I'm turning in contract papers" you nod

"Oh...." he stays quiet after that, looking away

What? First, the front desk lady smirks and now he's avoiding me? "What?" you ask

"No, it's nothing. I just never really saw you as that type of girl.. You seem nice" he mentions..

The doors open and it's still awkward silence.."I'll be in room 5 if you need anything" he says bluntly, and walking away

You shoot him a light smile and walk out.

Walking 2 lefts, you finally find the room: TYLER ADAMS CEO

Huh. I wonder what room he's in.

You take a few breaths and knock...no answer...Knock again...no answer. You got petty and twisted the doorknob... it opened :)

Slowly walking in...you look up and gasped.
