Prologue

(A/N)

Hello!! This will be my first proper Undertale X reader story, and it'll be a double X reader! Yes that sounds weird...but basically it's 2 characters as the readers with 2 seperate UT love interests. Sans and Grillby. Both the reader characters will have nicknames to make it less repetitive. Now this stories just for fun and I hope you like it. Here's some info before you read the prologue.

(Y/n.S) means Your Name and the S just means the characters relationship will be X Sans.

They are female, it just makes writing less confusing so both characters will be girls. (Y/n.S) is 19 and lives with her best friend.

(Y/n.G) means Your Name same as before and the G means X Grillby.

They are 18, and live with (Y/n.S).

(Y/n.G)s nicknames will be Bon-bon or bon for short.

You can always substitute one or the other with a friends name if that makes it less confusing for you when reading.

Jay is the pairs other best friend, he is 20 and lives far away.

And as usual their will be things like (e/c) (h/c) (f/f) (f/c) ect.

(Eye color, Hair color, Favorite food, Favorite color.) If I use one not listed here it will be mentioned in a A/N at the beginning of a chapter.

(Y/n.S) POV

"Ugh...there's nothing good on.." I grumble slumping into the couch flipping thro channels. Suddenly there's a breaking news broadcast. "Breaking news, monster's have been released and are coming down from MT. Ebott, a young child named frisk has...blah...blah blah...blah." After hearing that monsters are real I tuned out the reporter. "Monsters..." I whisper, grin forming on my face as a mix of excitement and uneasiness fills me.

"Hey bon-bon get your butt down here!" I yell at my roommate. "Why?!?" She yells back at me from her room. "Cause this is important!" I hear her groan in annoyance at my reply. "But (Y/n.S)..." (Y/n.G) whines. I huff at her laziness. "(Y/n.G) come here before I drag your butt in here!" I heard shuffling down the hall and snicker at her bundled up in blankets glaring at me. "Fine...what's so important...I was busy doing very important things." She slumps next to me on the couch as I deadpan at her. "You mean sleeping, shouldn't you work on the stuff for the college entrance test?" I say sternly crossing my arms. She pouts flattening her messy hair looking away. "Maybe..shouldn't you?" She smirks back at me. "I...touche my friend touche...now..." I reply, sitting up in excitement. 

"There's monsters!" I say ecstatically with a starry eyed look as she gives me one of disbelieve groaning. "Seriously (Y/n.S)..you bugged me for your monster game?" She says deadpanning. Pouting I shake my head flushed. "I..n..no, it was on the news, honest! Remember that old story about monsters being sealed away? It was true! An they were released, monsters are real (Y/n.G)!" My grin widens as I start to cry tears of joy. (Y/n.G) chuckles patting my head as I pout. "Calm down, ok ok I believe you." Though (Y/n.G)'s acting calm I know she's excited and nervous about the news as well. Calming down abit I start musing over monsters. "I wonder what they'll be like..I hope they're nice...will there be like vampires an werewolves, or maybe skeletons-" (Y/n.G) snorts cutting me off making me look at her as she's covering her mouth. "Skeleton huh?" She smirks wiggling her eyebrows, I just stick my tongue out.

 "Well of course, skelis are awesome! Tibia honest it's not punny for you to tease me." She groans at the pun as I smirk. "But it'd be so cool to meet a skeleton monster...or like a dragon yeah! Do dragons count as monsters..?" I furrow my brows as my roommate shrugs. "Idk? Maybe ask Jay, he'd know." We both grin. "Call him?" She asks. "He might mother us...but yes!!" I pull out my phone to call him and tell him about monsters and ask him about dragons. "Hey, what's u-" A deep voice starts as I yell. "Jay! Monsters are real!!" I hear a shriek followed by a crash and wince. (Y/n.G) takes the phone as I grin sheepishly. "Sorry about that Jay, you ok?" 

She glares at me playfully while asking our best friend if he's ok. "Yeah..I'm good just fell off my bed, thanks to someone..." He says with slight annoyance. "Sorry Jay..its just, monsters..they're real, and I'm just so excited...I wanna meet one!" I squeal softly as the pair chuckle at my behavior."Yeah..I just heard not long ago too, the king and government officials are talking about a truce an all that so humans and monsters can live in peace. Wonder if there's any skeleton monsters..." Jay trailed off at my laughter and (Y/n.G)'s groan. "Umm..am I missing something?" Jay questions I wipe away a tear as my laughter dies down.

 "No..nope not at all, just I said the same thing." I snicker softly at my dear roommates deflated form. "Oh, well of course, skeletons are cool, they remind me of my badass undead warrior!" Jay beams at the mention of his beloved warrior. I snort smiling warmly. "Anyways..maybe our lil bunny here can find a nice monster boyfriend, hmm...?" I tease (Y/n.G) who starts to flush red. "Ya right, I'm fine being single!" She huffs flustered. "If, they're good enough for you that is, an if someone hurts you..." My grin grows as I growl out my nexts words dripping with venom. "I'll make them regret it.." The pair laughs uneasily as I snap back to my usual cheery self. "Well...dont worry I'm fine alone! But remember I wanna be an auntie you two!!" (Y/n.G) grins mischeviously as me an Jay groan. We've both heard her say that too many times to count. "Ya, ya..hey shouldn't you too be prepping for the entrance test?" Jay's voice goes stern and we can practically feel his glare through the call.

 "W..well you umm...you see..." I start fiddling with my shirt nervously. "We just got distracted by the news, and wanted to ask our best and oldest friend a question." (Y/n.G) finishes as I breath a sigh of relief. "You girls calling me old? What's your question?" Jay questions. I snort muttering "Old man.." Under my breathe as Bon-bon snickers. "Maybe, are dragons monsters?" She asks as we wait impatiently as Jay hums in thought. "Nope, wish they were though. Dragons usually count as mythical creatures not monsters. And I'm a year to two years older, that's far from old." He grumbles at us. "Aww man..would've been cool, just think if Bon-bon dated a dragon!" I say teasingly. As (Y/n.G) yet again groans burying her face in the blanket. "Dont you mean hot?" Jay teases back as I laugh. "You two suck...I'm going to bed..." (Y/n.G) grumbles. 

"You mean get college prep done, anyways we gotta go Jay, visit us soon, please? Talk soon love you old man, bye!!" I giggle into the phone as I head after Bon-bon to my room. "Bye Jay!" (Y/n.G) calls out from her room. "Bye you two, I'll try. Better get that done or else. Bye." Jay says before we hang up. I sit at my desk smiling. I wonder if I'll get to meet any monsters....
