Chapter 33

We got in my car and drove to my moms house. When we arrived we waited for him in my car so he can get home.after like 10 minutes later he got home and he walked inside.

You: okay so it's time.
Luna:please be careful.
You: I will don't worry.

I grab my bag and I walk to the front of the house, I was a little nervous but I was ready. I knock on the door waiting for him to open the door. Then he opens the door.

Emil: oh hello chanelle long time no see. He said with a fake innocent smile.
You: hi Emilio can I come in?
Emil: of course. He said and move aside so she can walk in.

I walk in and look around and see that the house was a little messy but it was okay it looked the same.

You: so where is mom?
Emil: oh I don't know I just got here. He said walking closer to me.
You: could you get me a bottle of water please I'm really thirsty.
Emil: sure be right back. He said and walked to the kitchen.

When he went to the kitchen I quickly put a camera behind the tv.

Emil: here you go. He gave me the bottle of water.
You: thanks.

I sat down on the couch and he came and sat next to me and started looking at me up and down. Then he put his hand on my thigh.

You: um what are you doing?
Emil: you don't like this? He said moving his hand closer to my inner thigh.
You: actually I've been wanting you to that again for awhile now. I said smirking at him.
Emil: oh me too. He tried to kiss me but I got up.
You: let's go to my room. I said

I go up the stairs and he follows me. I told him to lay on the bed and he did, I sat on top of him and he tried to kiss me but I dodged it again.

You: paciencia amor/ patients love.

I grabbed a blinfold from my bag and put it on his eyes and then I grabbed some handcuffs and cuffed his hands above the headboard and I got off him.

Emil: hey where are you going?
You: I heard you like to be freaky, and I heard your not behaving good so I'm gonna have to punish you baby. I said cringing so bad.

He just giggled, I grabbed another camera and put it in the table where it can see him. I go out the room and call varo.

You: you guys can come in now and call the police before you come in. I whispered thru the phone.

I walk back in the room and look at him in disgust, I walk in the front of the bed and say " how much did you miss me" " I've been wanting you ever since I fucked you that day you felt so amazing" he says. I wanted to kill him so bad. " cmon baby I need you so bad" he said again. " I'm coming don't worry" I said. Then Alvaro and mom walk in, " Bebe estoy bien caliente/ baby I'm very horny" he said but this time my mom got on top of him but I spoke " I'm gonna help you baby" then mom started kissing him and she kissed him so hard that she bit his lip " ouch wtf" I stopped the camera from recording and said " I told you I was gonna punish you" then my mom took off his blindfold , he looked so scared " mi amor what are you doing here" he said with a nervous giggle. "Don't fucking mi amor me" she said and punched him in the face.

You: varo how far away are the cops?
Varo: I think the-. He got cut off by the front door banging.

" New Jersey police department open up" the cops said and Alvaro ran down the stairs to open the door.

Emil: you fucking Bitch your gonna Pay for this. He said yelling at me.
You: your the one who is going to pay for what you did to me and my mom you asshole.

" Emilio Cruz your under arrest for assault and sexual abuse" the officer said and grabbed him from the bed with handcuffs on and he was gone. I showed my mom the videos to prove her that he did rape me and then I gave one of the officers the evidence which was the videos I recorded.

I hugged my mom and brother and I was happy that he wasn't gonna hurt us anymore especially my mom. We started packing all his stuff and burned them all then left to my house to get my moms car but she didn't wanna go home by herself so we just slept at her house with her.

Alejandro's POV
So it's been 6 months that I left jersey. I still miss chanelle but I'm pretty sure she's over me by now but I still love her like crazy. I'm currently talking to Katie but we're not official yet, she's the one who asked me out and I didn't want to be mean so I said yes. I think i regret coming to LA. I know it's beautiful and everything but I really just miss my family and friends. I've talked to my mom a couple times I just wanted her to know that I'm fine but I really miss chanelle, she told me that if I really loved her I should've never left and she's right I don't know what to do.

Mattia's POV
So tomorrow I'm going to try and take her on a date, well I'm not telling her its a date but I wanna take her out to eat and maybe go skating with her after that. My feelings for her are getting worse and I'm falling more in love with her every single day.

Dino🦖: hey elle.

Shorty❤️: hey tia, what's up?

Dino🦖: so I was thinking do you maybe wanna go grab some food tomorrow and then maybe go somewhere else?

Shorty❤️: sure, do I have to pick up kairi and roshaun?

Dino🦖: oh I meant just me and you.

Shorty❤️: oh yea sure at what time?

Dino🦖: I'll pick you up at 12:10 is that good?

Wow that was a lot easier than I thought, so after I just got in the shower, ate dinner with my family and then watched some movies and fell asleep.

I feel so much better now that I know Emilio is in jail and he can't hurt mom and Elle no more, but since it's spring break in school I think the whole group and I should go on a trip somewhere, especially now that it's almost me and Elle's 18th birthday, I'll talk about it with Elle to see what she thinks.
