"Nayeon-ah, your shift was over an hour ago? Why are you still here?" Im Nayeon turned around for the cash register and saw her manager Kim Taeyeon

"An hour?" She checks her watch and realizes that is now one in morning, her shift ends at twelve "I didnt realize."

Manager Kim just smiled at her "No worries, I actually wanna thank you for sticking around since my mom has been grilling me lately."

"I see." She bows "Well I better get home then."

"Go ahead, you can grab a small pack of jellies on your way out." The manager just waves at her before going back to the storage room

"Who's going to be the cashier?" Was all that Nayeon could think about as she cleans up her stuff to leave

Then as if on cue, the bell of the door caught her attention as a very pretty girl walks through

"Ah hello, may I help you?" Nayeon asks

"I am Bae Joohyun." Bows the girl "I am here for the next shift."

"Seohyun Unnie quit?" Nayeon wondered as she attentively stared at the girl

"There you are Irene!" Manager Kim greeted

"Ah hello ma'am!"

"Nayeon, this is Irene." She says "Since Seohyun messaged me that she had a family emergency, I had to find a quick filler."

"I see, I am Nayeon." The two girls bowed to each other

"I'll start my shift then ma'am." Irene goes behind the counter, while Nayeon finally wears her coat and had her backpack slung over her shoulders

"Get a good sleep and be careful out there." Was all Manager Kim says before going back to the storage room once again

"Thank you ma'am." Then before she forgets, she takes a strawberry jelly pack before walking out of the convenience store.

Fall had just started a week ago, so as Nayeon walked to the bus stop, she feels herself shivering at the cold midnight air. "Good thing I studied last night or else I'll be stuck up at finals later." Nayeon is a junior at Konkuk University and is studying film, because she before her dad passed, they used to make films and make their own movies, so she knew that would be her course

Then as she walks she comes upon a dark alley, so she started to walk a little faster, she was hearing footsteps behind her!

"Hands up!" She heard a gun being cocked behind her, she knew she was in deep trouble

So she took a deep breath, raised her arms, and turned around to see a man pointing a pistol at her, he was covering half of his face with a handkerchief.

"Give me your bag or I will shoot you." He holds up the gun, she could tell he was shaking

"I-I-I" she tried to stall time, because someone might pass by

"Hey, I'll k-kill you! Give me the backpack!" He tried to reach but the girl backed away

"Bitch!" He straightened his aim, ready to shoot the poor girl but then its like a shadow came and her captor fell and got pushed to the side!

Nayeon felt her knees buckle as she sees her savior, he was dresses like he came out of a hero movie, he was wearing a leather hooded jacket that was covering his head, he had a black clothing that covered his nose and mouth with the emblem of a skull, he had black gloves, he had black boots as well and black pants, but what made the guy look weird is he had a two crossed swords on his back, Nayeon did not feel safe, so she started to back away.
