Archie's pov:
Its been one week since Veronica was rape and she doesnt want anyone to touch her, hug her..... She hasn't talk about it either. She has only give one hug to Betty and that's all. I feel really bad for her, right now I'm in her kitchen making breakfast with Betty we've been in her house all this week we only go for clothes or personal things. Hey "Arch can you give this to Veronica while I finish serving her coffee" Betty said. I nod and took the plate, I walk to Veronica's room and knocked. "Come in" she said. She was in a log sweatshirt and short sports shorts, she was watching friends. She smile when she saw me. "Hey, I brought some waffles and Betty is getting your coffee ready" I said. "Why are you two so kind with we don't even know each other, not even my friends would've stay here all the week" she said with a sad smile forming in her lips. "Well we're sorry for what happened to you and we want to help sooo take this, you should eat" I said passing her her breakfast. "Oh hey here is your coffee Veronica, and I kind of agree on going on a date with Jughead so would you mind staying with Archie just for today" Betty said. "Betty don't worry it's just one day besides you had a life before you met me" Veronica said. "Ok...well then see you tomorrow" Betty said, as she was leaving I fucking screw everything because I said "Use protection".
She just roll her eyes and go. I turn my head to see that a tear was falling pass Veronica cheek, fuck, I made her remember everything by my stupid comment. "Sorry Veronica I wasn't thinking" I said nervous. "It's ok don't worry" she said. "Soooo do you want to watch friends together" I asked. She just nod and tap a spot near her so I can seat in her bed. It was 4 n the afternoon and Veronica has been sleeping for 1 hour when she scream, she was having a nightmare, I quickly move her so she could wake up, she did but you could see the fear in her eyes. "Hey hey it's okay it was just a nightmare" I said trying to to touch her back but she jump again, shoot I forgot she is scared of people touching her. "Sorry" I said nervously but she didn't said anything she just looked deep into my eyes and hug me. I was taken back by the soon hug but even though I hug her back, she starting letting her emotions out and we stayed in that position hugging each other for one hour. She then finally started to speak.
Veronica's pov:
I don't know why but I felt save with Archie so I started talking " He was my boyfriend for 3 years, he always knew I wasn't ready..........he told me he'll wait for me forever but 3 months ago he started going agressive to me, insulting me,hitting me anda at the night of the party he was really drunk and told if we could go for something in a room.....he started kissing me hard, then my neck, I told him to stop but he wouldn't listen and then he......" I started sobbing I couldn't even say that I was rape. Archie just pulled me into a hug again. "Thank you Archiekins" I told him by a nickname I think it really suits him. "Your welcome Ronnie" I smile at the nickname. It was 7 pm when Archie and I decided to make some dinner, we were making some pizza while playing with the flour. "Stop haha stop omg what a mess" I said laughing. "Hahaha you go get change I'll clean here" he suggested. I nodded when I got into my room the first thing that caught my eyes was a photo of me and Nick when we started dating, while I was looking a tear rolled down my cheek I quickly clean it up, got change and headed back to the kitchen.
Archie's pov:
I was finishing cleaning the kitchen when Ronnie came, I noticed that she cried so I told her "Ronnie are you ok" she just shook her head for no, I came over her and gave her a hug. "It's okay Ronnie you'll get over it" I said. "Thanks Archiekins we should finish the pizza and eat" she suggested I nod. The next few hours we spent them laughing and watching friends.
1 month later
"So Ronnie me and Betty will come back later" I said "yes I'll wait for you two" she said. As Betty and I were leaving Betty whisper something in my ear. "I can see it in your eyes" she said with a wink, I was really confuse and I think she notice because she said "I can see that you like Archie like a lot and I think she likes you too" I sighed " Betty she doesn't like me and even thought one day she would she told me the other day that she isn't ready for a relationship not even the cutest person in the world" I said her sad. "Well Archie I hope one day she'll make an exception for you.
