I wake up suddenly, to the room still being dark. I yawn, sitting up in my bed and looking around the room. The sun wasn't even up, and here I was wide awake. I look at my phone to see that it was almost 4 a.m.

Groaning, I get out of bed and walk towards the kitchen. Of course, the one day I could sleep in, I was up before the sunrise could peak it's way through the windows. I quietly open the cabinet, trying not to make so much noise for my other roommates.

I grab a mug and put it under the Keurig for some coffee.

"I would ask why you're up, but here I am." I hear, seeing Pearce walk in with his pajamas still on. And as in pajamas, just some grey sweatpants.

"And why are you up?" I whisper pushing the button and walking towards him.

"I always get up early. Also, we went to bed pretty early." He laughed quietly, sitting on the couch. I could only see him by the faintest light outside of the apartment that was shining through the window. I agree with him, grabbing my coffee and sitting next to him.

Then an idea quickly came to me.

"Let's sit on the deck, and watch the sunrise. I never get to see those since I always wait until the very last minute to wake up." I tell him taking a small sip of the drink. He nods, standing up and holding his hand out to help me up.

I take his hand, while he leads me to the deck and on one of the small couches that sat out there. I sit next to him, letting him have a sip of my coffee.

"I can't believe you like straight black coffee." He cringes after a sip. I roll my eyes at him, enjoying my flavorless drink.

"It's simple, but still good." I tell him as his arm snakes around my waist. By this gesture, my cheeks begin to blush, and I scoot closer to him.

"Did you ever want to be an actor?" I ask him, watching the sun peak over the horizon a little.

"Of course, ever since I was little. And it wasn't like my parents forced me into it, but I genuinely wanted to act." He answered. "And what about you?"

"I wish. My parents are both actors, so of course their daughter had to follow in their footsteps. I've just been doing it so long and not being the worst, that I just do it for a living." I tell him looking down at my cup.

"And if you weren't an actress, what would you do?" He asked me, as I feel his hand scoot me even closer to him if that was even possible. My arm was now touching his bare torso, which I didn't completely mind.

"I don't know. For one, I would want to go to college. And not just online, but like, actually live on campus." I smile at him, and looking back to the sky to see the sun now halfway showing.

"And why don't you?" He asks me looking at the sunrise.

"I feel it's a little late for that. I mean, I'm always busy filming something, and the attention would be too much." I sigh.

"It's never too late to do something you really want to do. I think you should do it." Pearce finally said after some silence.

"Yeah, I'm sure my parents would agree with you. Not." I whisper the last part.

"I see you two are taking advantage of the beautiful Toronto sunrise." Ariel smiled poking her head out of the door. "My favorite part of the day."

"She's a beauty, isn't she?" Pearce said to her, but instead of looking at the sunrise, I noticed that he was looking directly at me.

After a morning breakfast with everyone in the apartment, Ariel and Chandler told us their plans for the day and getting ready together, leaving Pearce and I alone.

"So what are we doing on this perfect day?" Pearce asks me, finishing his eggs on his plate.

"I'm so glad you asked. We are staying right here." I point towards the ground, hoping off the stool and making my way to the couch.

"We are?" He asks grabbing the plates and putting them in the sink, while making his way over to me.

"Well, we are going to sit here and watch movies all day, while eating every snack in this apartment." I tell him grabbing the remote and motioning him to sit next to me.

"I do enjoy a lazy day." He smiles sitting next to me, and covering us with a blanket.

"I'm thinking, Harry Potter marathon?" I ask him wiggling my eyebrows, making him laugh.

"Depends on if you can make it through it." He questioned, and at that, I felt offended.

"Of course I can. The question is, can you?"

"A challenge I see. First person to fall asleep has to buy dinner." Pearce smirked.

"Get ready to lose, Joza. You're messing with the wrong girl." I tell him, turning on Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone.

Halfway through the movie, I feel Pearce get closer to me and his arm going on the couch behind me. I smirk a little, moving closer as well. I could tell he was smiling from this, and I feel his arm go completely around me. Leaning my head onto his chest, he pulls me closer to his body. It was then did I realize that Pearce and I were cuddling.

And in that moment, it all felt right. Him being here next to me, holding me in his arms, it just felt...amazing.

After a few hours of watching movies, I realized that I was getting a little bored. We were already on the third movie, and Pearce was still awake, still watching the movie with his arm around me.

I sit up slightly, making him remove his hand and looking at me.

"I'm hungry." I face him and he smirks.

"Postmates?" He asks me.

"Postmates." I say back grabbing my phone. He watches me go to the app, and we order our food.

"Anddd done." I click the check out button and set my phone back down on the table. I look at him and he looks at me.

"Hey Sara?" He said looking down between us.

"Yes?" I ask, a little worried from his tone.

"The other night, when, you kissed me..."

"I'm sorry if that was a lot. Especially after the whole Milo thing..." I interrupted him, already knowing where this was going.

"No, no. I actually didn't mind it at all. Actually, I was just going to ask if you did that because you wanted to, or if you just felt bad." He said looking up at me and then back down.

"Of course I wanted to Pearce."I tell him grabbing his hand and rubbing his thumb.

"Good, because I'm glad you did it." He told me, smiling at me, but then his smile slowly went away. I look at him confused and little concerned. He begins to move closer to me, our foreheads almost touching.

"I guess my question is, can I kiss you now?" He asked shyly, looking at me. My breathing shortens, and the butterflies were back.

I nod slowly, making him lean in and closing the small gap between us.
