The Aftermath Pt 1

After battling multiple Ruin guards, Childe was way too exhausted and rolled over to the corner and hide to avoid being seen by his little brother, Taucer all beat up from the battle.

Lumine soon noticed him and went over as Taucer tried to look for his brother.

Tattered from the fight and forcing his transformation while still being injured from their last battle, blue eyes had to ask Ojou-chan to accompany his brother back to Liyue and return home.

"I'm sorry to ask you of this after taking care of my brother all day. Ojou-chan, can you accompany Taucer back? I can't very well have him see me like this."

After seeing everything Childe has done to protect his brother's innocence, she couldn't help but feel warm as her heart started to beat for him.

Lumine scoffed and turned her head away saying

"Why don't you accompany him instead!"

Kneeling down as she reached out to the boy's chest, unavoidingly touching a part of his exposed chest and tried her best to pull out some of her origin powers that she's been slowly regaining and healed his injuries.

The boy couldnt help but blush as he felt her hands on her chest and as dumbfounded by the light radiating from his ojou-chan, he slowly felt light and scratches from the recent battle were slowly closing. He was able to stand up and tried to jump up and down a few times and felt like he was not injured at all.

"Uwah! That was awesome, ojou-chan! Are you a real goddess!?"

She smirked at him in reply "Now you can spend more time with your brother."

"Thank you, ojou-chan" As their eyes interlock, they felt fluff inside of them as they tried to avert each other's gaze.

The unexpected reactions from both of them each had a strong yet unsure feelings rising from deep within their hearts, which they knew would not work out due to their circumstances.

But they just couldn't stop these emotions, they could only pretend and ignore them for as long as fate allows them to.

Breaking the silence, scratching his cheeks and laughing as he usually does

"Ahaha, we should get back to Taucer before he wanders around again."

She awkwardly replies, ignoring the thump of her heart.

"Y-yeah, he really tends to run off anywhere.. haha"
