Omniscient pov:

2 months later.....

"I want that chair right there." Dior said directing people around her and Mya beauty salon.

"Mommy Jariah won't stop crying." Mariah said as she sat in one of the chairs holding her baby sister.

"Give her here." Mya said picking up the baby and grabbing her bottle.

"Auntie Dior wheres kasani and kori?" Mariah asked.

"Their with their dad." Dior said as she put some hair products on a shelf.

"Speaking of their dad who are yall?" Mya asked and Dior shrugged.

"Were good ." Dior said as she organized stuff.

"So no signs on a relationship huh?" Mya asked and Dior folded her lips.

Her and kd did stuff time from time with the kids but they weren't back together.

"Mya I'm not worried about that right now our grand opening is Saturday and we're not even ready." Dior said.

"Alright alright get your panties out of a bunch."

"Here Mariah feed your sister then burp her you know how to do it." Mya said handing the baby over to Mariah.

After two months of planning and finding a space Mya and Dior was finally opening their own hair salon together.

Dior had been refocused and doing better all while in the process of still missing kd.

"Auntie Dior can you do my hair like that?" Mya said pointing at the wall which had pictures of different hairstyles.

"Which one?" Dior asked.

"That one with the darkskin girl." Mariah said.

"Ooo tribal braids your going to be so beautiful." Dior told her.

Dior was more of a braided and Mya only really knew how to do sew ins, natural hair, and laces so they were a power team.

"We about to kill it." Mya said and Dior nodded her head seeing everything out together well and nice.

"I'm so happy now we both can leave the trap." Dior said.

"I been left Jeremy didn't want me working there nomore after I got pregnant." Mya said.

"I just stopped working way before I even got pregnant." Dior shrugged.

"How you been making money?" Mya asked.

"I haven't I been living off that law suit but now that we got this shop open I can expect some new money." Dior said smiling as they heard the bell to the shop open and seen kd walk in pushing the twins in their stroller and having his hand behind his back.

"That's our cue come on Mariah let's go in the back and change your sister pamper." Mya said.

"But we just changed it." Mariah said.

"Okay but we gotta do it again." Mya said pulling her to the back.

"Hey." Dior spoke to kd who handed her some flowers.

"Congratulations on your shop." He said.

"Well it's me and myas but thank you." She said giving him a small smile as she put the flowers in a empty vase.

She knew somebody going to end up gifting her flowers.

"So this your new hustle now this hair shit?" Kd asked.
