A/n
Y/n is a 22 year old girl who just found out her boyfriend of 4 years cheated on her with her best friend and is now alone with nothing so she returned to her Mothers house in Australia sad and depressed until she finds a man that changed that.

(Y/n POV)
I was coming home back from a trip to my moms back in Australia and wanted to surprise my boyfriend since we've been away from each other for a while and so I wanted to see him ASAP but it turned out the surprise was for me because when I got to the house I went in and snuck around to see where he was and I heard noises coming from our bedroom so I tip toed to the door and I heard the sounds more clearly and it made my blood boil because what I was hearing was another girl moaning so I kicked the door in and what was my surprise to find my bf in bed with my childhood best friend,"Y/n what are you doing here?!?"he said surprised She just covered her self in embarrassment," I can't believe you guys I TRUSTED YOU TWO AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO TO ME"I yelled already super pissed off,"Y/n wait please babe forgive me I didn't mean-I interrupted him,"YOU DIDNT MEAN TO WHAT SLEEP WITH MY BEST FRIEND AND YOU ARENT YOU GONNA SAY ANYTHING!"I said while looking at her but she just put the covers over her head,"YOU KNOW WHAT BOTH OF YOU GO TO HELL I HATE YOU BOTH IM LEAVING AND IM NEVER COMING BACK"I yelled with tears and made my way out the door,"y/n wait please don't leave"I heard behind me but I was already out the door. I booked the earliest flight to Australia after I talked to my mother and she said it was alright if I went to live with them for a while. When I got the I gave my mom the biggest hug and cried in her shoulder and just wanted to get over this pain and betrayal I felt.

Time skip

It's been about a week since I started living with my mom again and I still feel like crap I haven't really gone out of the house at all but my mom said it would do me good to go out so I got dressed in a black hoodie and some short shorts because why not I have no one to impress and I didn't feel like doing my hair so I just tied it up into a messy bun and was on my way to a nearby park and was walking around when I see that my ex posted and picture with my ex best friend saying that they were together and where happy and that just made all the emotions come back and I started to cry so I sat in a nearby bench and put my knees to my face and cried until I heard,"oí are you ok?"I heard a man say so I looked up I saw a tall man with a dog on a leash,"oh I'm sorry y-yeah I'm fine"I said while getting a better look at the guy and he was actually pretty cute to be honest."what's wrong it looks like you've been crying"he said with a worried look,"o-oh no no it's nothing I promise I should probably go now sorry to bother you" I said with a fake smile as I got up to leave. I was about to walk away when I felt he grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug?!?" your not a really good liar you know that" he said chuckling I just hugged him back and started to cry,"thank you I really needed this"I said while still crying into his chest," you want to tell me what's wrong?"he asked and then I proceeded to tell him everything that happened and how my bf cheated with my best friend and why I moved back to Australia. "What a prick why would he cheat on such a beautiful girl like you" he said while looking at me and I just blushed and giggled a bit while I pet his dog. "I never got your name I'm Mullen but my friends call me Mully what about you?" He asked with a cute smile, "oh right my name is y/n" I said with a smile. " would you like me to show you around since your new here?" He asked, " of course that would be amazing I would love that"I said super excited. We spent the rest of the day looking around and him showing me around and to be honest if felt nice. It was getting dark so he offered to take me home and I accepted when I got home he opened the door of his car like a gentleman and I got out and hugged him," thank you so much for today it was amazing and I hope we can do it again sometime"I said with a smile,"anytime princess you just tell me when and I'll be there"he said with a smirk and I just blushed because he called me princess. I waved goodbye and went inside to find my mother in the living room and I told her about the amazing guy that I met in the park and how he showed me around and how I think I might be falling for him and surprisingly my mom was all for it and said I should tell him and I was a bit nervous at first but she convinced me to confess to Mully soon and I was excited but I didn't know when to tell him and that's all I could think of all night and I couldn't sleep.
