Detention with T

Jamie's Pov:
I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off at 6:45am. Like a normal teenager, I checked my phone and saw several texts from Chloe.

Long story short. Dustin and I met at a bar, I went there with my cousin. U know Becca, right? Yeah so, me and Becca was at the bartender, getting drinks. Then he came up and offered to buy me a drink. EEEEEP. So we started talking and got to know each-other. We exchanged phone numbers and we started texting. We're kinda pretty close now. Girl he's hot. Blonde hair, 18 years old. Light brown eyes. But he has a slight beard that gots to go! But we really like each other

Yeah so me and dad we talked, he apologized. Like really apologized Jamie!! To me and my mom. My little brother will be with us on Friday, he'll be spending the weekend with us. Yes hoe, you'll get to see him, CHILL. Lol lol! Yeah so we're on good terms now. See you at school!

I smiled at the msgs, replying with a "Awww bitchh!! Im happy for you, I really am! Guess who I had sex with last night. Vanessa! After, she wanted to take it a step further with me but I kicked her out of my room LMAOOOO. I'll give you the dets at school. Sys!"

I entered the school building, heading to my locker and waiting for Chloe to show up. I got my English and History book out of my locker. Ahhh English. I immediately started thinking of Tessa.
Why do I still like her!!! Wait, do I? Lord please help me!

"AYE" Chloe
"So loud this early morning" I told her, rolling my eyes as always.
"Love u too sis. Give me the details, be sure to include what made you wanna have sex with her"

Chloe was now laughing her fat ass off. "WAITTTTT. Wait. So you told her 'never' when she told you that she wanna take a step further? That's mean but so funny. I feel bad for laughing but omg Jamie ahahaha"
I started laughing with her.
"But what made you have sex with her?" She asked, raising one eyebrow. To be honest, that makes Chloe look sexy. No, I don't like my best friend in that way, I'm just being honest.
"Uhm..." I rubbed the back of my neck "Uhm, Chloe I think I have a crush on Tessa"
"Who's Tessa? You mean Teresa? The first girl u had sex with, when you and Danni broke up? Wow..Sorry Jamie but I don't think sh.."
"What? Who's Teresa? Anyways, no, Tessa is Miss Dawson. Chloe I seriously have a crush on her. She's so beautiful and her personality is just so..arghh! I thought it would of went away overnight, but it didn't. Chloe I can't have a crush on her. It will just make me even more worse than how I am right now"

Chloe was shocked. "wow wow! Babe, i've never seen you like this before since..you know who. Don't try to ignore your feelings for her. Don't run away from your fear of falling for someone again. It's okay to try again, until you find that right person. But hey, maybe she has a crush on you too. I mean, some of the boys were nervous also. Why did she only call you behind?"
I giggled lightly.
"Thanks Chloe." We hugged each-other and walked to 1st period. English. I was anxious to see Tessa.
I was about to step into class, but then my friend, Elijah, hailed me out. "Jamie! Wassup?" I stopped to talk to him, with Chloe going into the classroom.
I answered him, "Hey Lijah, im cool. How u been?"
"Im the same old me. House party Friday night. You and Chloe are invited"
I was excited and knew what I was gonna do on that night.
"Cool. We'll be there"

Just as I said that, the late bell rang. I raced to my class, and in front of me was an angry Miss Dawson..
She shouted, "YOU'RE LATE! DETENTION AFTER SCHOOL!"
"But i only came in 2 seconds after the late bell.." I answered.
She shouted again, "GO TO YOUR SEAT NOW YOUNG LADY. YOU HAVE DETENTION AND THAT'S FINAL"
I kept my mouth shut before I could've said something that I would regret.
Not once did I look at her during the period, although I could've felt her eyes on me.
Tessa was being really different, I knew something was up, I needed to find out.

2nd period I had History. My teacher, Mr. Zuill, was boring. One reason why I couldn't concentrate. The second reason was because of Tessa. Why do I care so much? About Her? I shouldn't. Well..I should but not this much, right?

3rd period I had Computer Science
with Chloe. She noticed my depressing look and gave me a few words that kinda brightened my day, a little. I was still feeling shitty.

4th Period I had Math which was actually quite good, because the questions were easy and I distracted myself from Tessa.
5th Period I had Biology with Chloe, we took a quiz which again, distracted me from thinking of Her..

Detention
I definitely wasn't looking forward to this. Miss Dawson might shout at me again. I don't want that. I just wanna ask her what's wrong.

I stepped into Her classroom. She had on her reading glasses, and was concentrating on some papers she had scattered all over her desk. She looked calm, peaceful and cute. More calm than this morning.
" Tessa.." I spoke, almost in a whisper.
She looked up and smiled lightly. "Jamie..I'm sor.."
"Wait no." I cut her off
"Before you say anything. I wanna say that I'm sorry for being late to your class, I got caught up in a convo. Im sorry"
I looked in her eyes. She was so gorgeous. She was wearing a grey pencil skirt and white blouse and of course, her black high heels
She smiled. "Take a seat. Im sorry for shouting. I shouldn't of done that, even though I'm your teacher. I was in a bad mood this morning"
I got a chair and sat next to her, " You wanna talk about it?"
She hesitated at first but then she told me, "My girlfriend..well ex..We're going through some relationship problems, and she did some things that has me thinking that she isn't worth it anymore"
It shocked me that she said "My girlfriend". What, she's a lesbian? Or maybe bisexual? "If she did those things more than once, and she isn't making an effort to try to change, then she doesn't care, she just wants you to stick around, and you should find someone better"
I was shocked at my words, when did I ever care about someone's problems except Chloe's?
"Thank u so much Jamie. I really needed advice" She pulled me and wrapped her arms around me, embracing me. Again, the electricity flowed through my body.
She spoke, "You can leave now. Sorry again. Get home safely"
To be honest, I wasn't happy. I wanted to spend more time with Her. ALONE. Being with Tessa soothes me, and I had no idea why I enjoyed it.
I waved at Her and left the classroom, already miss seeing her flawless face.
