Battle of gods

"KA ME HA ME HA!"

An energy beam flew around the small planet comming up behind Goku. Quickly turning around he caught the energy beam and with a grunt of effort, threw it away but for the most part he seemed unsatisfied. "Its no good not even a quick training session was able to get me to the super saiyan god power Beerus talked about." He turned to Caulifla "Any luck over there?"

Her eyes snapped open and in an instant she obliterated a nearby rock. "Damn it!" Well that answered that question rather fast. That's when an idea struck Goku over the head, 'dragon balls of course!'

Vegeta had been on edge ever since getting news that Beerus was on his way. Bardock saw how he was on edge and decided to give Vegeta a very strong drink, but given how saiyans are, they dont get drunk easy but it did help take the edge off a little bit. It only lasted five minutes when he heard an all too familiar voice. "So this is where the prince is living. I must admit it's better than that other one."

Vegeta whipped his head around looking for the source of the voice. "You cant sense me or my energy so it seems like you'll have to find me the old fashioned way."

Vegeta just flew up and looked around until he saw a person with purple robes and flew that direction. "Lord Beerus. What do I owe the pleasure of your visit."

Towards the back but not necessarily out of sight was Bardock. He kept his old habit of staying out of festivities as he was not a very festive person. The closest he ever got to festive was when he, Gine and Kakarot trained together.

However he never expected Vegeta to walk back to the part with none other than Beerus the destroyer with his attendant Whis. Bardock started sensing around and finally located Gine talking with Bulma and one other woman that he didn't care to know. All he knew was that she came with Yamcha.

Any way back on track, Beerus started eating food with a satisfied smile which meant that this planet was good to stay for the time being but he wasn't going to relax just yet. After all this is Beerus they were dealing with and the smallest thing could set him off.

If things went south they would need every saiyan accounted for to at the very least, slow him down.

Everything started going down hill the moment Buu denied Beerus a cup of pudding.

To most observers this would be a petty thing to get upset about but to the saiyans, this was no laughing matter this just became a countdown to destruction. Piccolo, Android 18, Buu, Krillen, and Bardock all responded first and were the first to be knocked out of the fight. Gine stood in front of the rest of the on looking people with Bulma right behind her. Broly and Vegeta were able to but up a resistance but they were next to get knocked out of the fight.

And just when all seemed lost, a perfectly timed appearance by Goku and Caulifla managed to delay Earths destruction. "Hey guys sorry we're late but everything's gonna be fine now." Goku handed a small pouch to Caulifla and she got to work, giving everyone who fought a senzu bean, Goku turned towards Beerus and started his plan. "Hey lord Beerus, I think I can get you your super saiyan god person but I need five minutes, can you give me five minutes?"

Beerus lowered his hand in slight confusion but his interest was bubbling. "Fine but you have only five minutes."

Goku immediately went to the dragon balls and set them down on the ground. "Sorry Bulma but I'm gonna need these." Bulma peeked from behind Vegeta and shook her fist. "Its fine so long as you kick that son of a bitches ass!"

So after that he raised his hands and yelled to the sky. "ETERNAL DRAGON SHENRON, BY YOUR NAME I SUMMON YOU FORTH!" The dragon balls lit up and out came shenron.

"I AM THE ETERNAL DRAGON SHENRON, I SHALL GRANT YOU ANY TWO WISHES THAT IS WITHIN MY POWER."

Not missing a beat Goku made his first wish. "My first wish to know about the Super Saiyan God!"

Shenrons eyes glowed a bright red. "YOUR WISH IS GRANTED. LONG AGO A SMALL GROUP OF PURE HEARTED SAIYANS REBELLED AGAINST THE REST OF THE SAIYANS BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE EVIL ACTS THEIR RACE HAD COMMITED. THIS LED THEM TO CREATE THE FIRST SAIYAN GOD AND THEY WON THEIR BATTLE AGAINST THE BAD SAYAINS. BUT AS SOON AS THW SAIYAN GOD CAME, HE VANISHED. THE RITUAL USED TO CREATE THE SUPER SAIYAN GOD HAS BEEN WRITTEN DOWN BY THE SAME SAIYANS WHO CREATED IT. TO ACHIVE A SUPER SAIYAN GOD, A GROUP OF SIX SAIYANS MUST POOL THEIR HERTS IN ANOTHER AND ONLY THEN WILL THE SAIYAN GOD EMERGE. NOW SPEAK YOUR LAST WISH."

Goku looked back at the group and they all just shrugged in unison. Goku shrugged and turned back to Shenron. "My second wish is for Saiyan armor for me and my friends Caulifla and Broly!" Caulifla was internally passed off about being called a friend even though she had given some hints here and there about her feelings for him but she could always take her frustrations out on him in training. Broly was kinda confused but accepted the gesture and Vegeta was nodding in approval.

Shenrons eyes glowed once again and right in front of Goku were three different sized saiyan armor.

"YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED. FAIRWELL."

Shenron disappeared, the dragon balls flew up into the sky and then flew off in different directions. "Well you heard the dragon. Let's get to it." Bulma started pushing both Vegeta and Broly towards Goku who picked up the armor and tossed one to Broly and the other to Caulifla. "We'll try these on later."

And after much debate and a game of rock paper scissors on who would get to be the Super Saiyna god and it was decided that Goku would be the one who went super saiyan god.

Beerus sat on a lawn chair under an umbrella with a drink on the table and Whis beside him as he watched the saiyans prepare.

As Goku stood facing away from the other saiyans. Vegeta stood to the left with his right hand on Gokus back and Bardock on the right with his left hand also on Gokus back. Gine held Bardocks right with Caulifla beside her. Broly stood next to Vegeta and took his left hand and Trunks completed the circle by grabbing Brolys and Cauliflas hands.

As the ritual began all of them went super saiyan, then a beam of light shot into the sky creating a gust of wind and turning the sky around them a golden yellow. The weather around them rabidly changed going from rain to stormy to hail to sunny to cloudy to snowy all in the span of a few seconds. Goku started to float upwards a few feet being surrounded by a bright light that filled the air around them with the familiar hum of energy and then.

Nothing.

The sky returned to normal and the weather returned to a sunny day. But nobody could feel Gokus energy nor sense his power level and the only ones capable of doing that (for now) were off to the side paitently waiting. The ball of light descended back down to the ground and slowly started to peel away from bottom to top until all that was left was the Super Saiyan God.

Standing there with magenta red hair and eyes, slightly thiner and a divine aura around him was Goku.

Ok guys first off. I'm finding myself with less and less time to write chapters and heres why. I took an extra shift very early in the morning on Sundays and in school I'm kinda falling behind in my math and I only have a single semester to finish it or I don't graduate from college so I'm stressing out about that.

SO. that means that my updates will be far more spaced out than they'd normally be if I wasn't in school.

No I wont give up in writing stories for you guys but just under stand that it'll be a while for me to finish any very soon.

I appreciate all you wonderfull people who read my stories and the feed back you guys give and I hope you guys understand that I'm both stressed and busy with school and work.
