Ink's Perspective
I looked at the lonely glitchy sans sitting on the ground, staring at the floor like always. I sighed quietly and walked towards him, fully expecting the string that snatched me up in to the air. I watched as he walked over and stared at me blankly. "Why did you visit this time Squid? Still upset that I'm destroying your precious art?" He said mockingly and I rolled my eyes. "No, I wanted to show you how meaningful my 'precious art' can be." I said and he chuckled. "Well I'm not sure how you can do that, but alright." He said and slowly lowered me to the ground. I opened a portal and in walked the cute little child I had created named Jammy. He happily hugged Error who then glitched out from surprise. Jammy giggled and smiled, snuggling with him as he rebooted. Once he rebooted, he tried to shove away Jammy and glared at me.
"WHAT THE FU-... FUDGE IS THIS?!" He yelled and I smiled. "That's our child." I said and he paused for a moment to process what I said. He looked down at the colorful child skeleton and looked back up at me with a confused and slightly warm look. "W-We don't have a child." He said and Jammy giggled. "I'm your child, daddy! Jammy!" He said and snuggled with his leg. Error picked Jammy up by string and stared at him. "What happens if I kill it?" He asked and Jammy teared up. His eyes got super big and shiny and he started sobbing big shiny tears. Error flinched and stared at Jammy, not sure what to do. I walked over and cut the strings, gently cradling Jammy. "D-Daddy's gonna kill me!" Jammy screeched and kept sobbing. I hushed him and rocked him slowly, making him calm down. Error watched and shakily reached over to Jammy, rubbing his cheek and wiping away a tear.
"... Why did ya have to do this to me Squid..?" He said and I looked up at him. I tilted my head confused and noticed he seemed troubled and a bit shaken. I rocked Jammy and he started napping. "I did it to show you my art means something. Every time you kill someone, you might be killing a child like Jammy..." I said and his glitching got much worse. He shakily stepped back and I looked at him worriedly. "Error-?" I said and he got down on the floor while covering his face. He started crying, glitching out a lot. I got down with him and set Jammy down on the floor, still napping. I hugged him and he sobbed on my shoulder. "W-Wh@t Th€ fUcK¡Ng H-hElL-." He sobbed out and I rubbed his spine gently.
I continued to comfort him and slowly rocked him so he would calm. He started to calm down after many minutes and gently pushed me off. "W-wHy-.." He said and I scooped up Jammy. Jammy happily snuggled up to me and smiled. "Because Error... You needed to know this is what you do. Even if you don't experience it or I don't experience it, you slaughtering these people in front of each other makes them permanently scarred... Not like it matters much because you kill them too..." I said and he shakily sighed. He reached out for Jammy and I gave the small kid to him. Jammy shifted in his sleep and hugged Error gently. Error sniffled and looked at me with a soft smile. "You gotta create a w-world for him to live in too right..? With us? Because we are his parents?" He said and I nodded. I picked up my paintbrush and began panting a house.
And so we learn that slaughtering has immense mental feedback :>
