(Chapter 6) Terrible fate

Ryouta POV

I couldn't believe what he said that and to make it worst he called Shanica over.

He then winked at me, signaling that we will get alone time.

I nod in agreement and try to talk to her....

She looks at me with a deadly stare that made me jump a little.

I suddenly felt a hug against my chest and I didn't hold back to hug her back.

She looks at me sad and speaks"

I shouldn't be angry at the fact that you rejected me......

I miss the old days so u....." B

But I kiss her forehead and tell her don't worry about it and sorry for acting like a jerk.

She gets overwhelmed with joy and hugs me tighter.

I caress her hair and we were holding each other hands.

Then...............

I saw Skull made a evil grin and push Shanica over the roof.....

He was laughing at her, waiting to see what will happen next.

All he did was giggle but I was determined to help her like I good friend should.

I couldn't let her get hurt again.

So I grab her and cover her with my arms to protect Shanica from the damage.

As we were falling, my life flash before my eyes and I whisper to her I love you......."

But it was too late to finish the rest.

I grasp my last breaths and look at Shanica, who was alive and healthy.

My vision blurred as she stares at me with tears running down her face.

I managed to touch her face and say

" Don't.....cry......I love.....yo" but then my voice fades and my vision turns into darkness.

Shanica POV

Ryouta said he loves me..........

He loved me all along but why did he say that to me?

I remember him saying for being jerk.

Then that explains why he did all those sweet things.

But when I realize what he said, it was too late........

I couldn't believe he died.....

My tears fall and my makeup washes away but I don't give a damn.

I lift Ryouta's dead body and shout help him.

But no one came......

I think Ryouta is playing but I was aware of the reason.

But I try to ignore the fact and whisper to Ryouta.....

"Ryouta......

You promised to be with me forever.

Right?"

I shake him but their was no answer......

I then try again...

"Ryouta ~~~~~

Good joke, Ryouta.

Now get up....

But still no answer...

I shout his name so loud that students from all over stop and look at me.....

But I couldn't help it......

I had to get him back and love him even though I shouldn't be trust him at all.

But he was my lover.

I mean what was I suppose to do......

I start to feel a stab carve into my skin and my tongue burst out a noise I never heard before.

Why.....

Why.......

It hurts so much...........
