Chapter 2

~Ray P.O.V~

I stood there waiting impatiently, you could hear his panting getting heavier as I got closer to him " You done running " I said with a yawn " please I have a daughter he said as tears slipped down his face. " Really you do well I don't see her I answered with a smirk. With that being said gunshots echoed through the alley as his blood splattered all over my face

" What a disgusting piece of shit " I muttered as I kicked his body out of my way. My phone quickly rang showing Nathan name appearing on caller id "Non dirmi che è già ora, mi stavo solo divertendo" (Don't tell me it's time already, I was just having fun) I answered angrily before Nathan could speak " Ray baby we both know your idea of fun isn't transporting the bodies " he said I could hear him snickering under his breath

" You know me to well Nathan," I said with a cold chuckle " Sent me the address will you",

" so you can end up arriving with a bloody T-shirt along with a matching pair of pants he said with a grunt. A gasp escaped my lips "how could you think so low of me "I said "Ray doesn't act stupid we both know you were planning to arrive with what you're wearing right now ", " I don't need you scaring off the other gang leaders thinking my girlfriend a psychopath he said. " A little blood never hurts anybody I argued back, " plus they're all used to the smell of blood it's the smell of satisfaction.

Before I could go into detail he quickly hanged up, not wanting to know more of what I was going to say next. I messaged Antonio telling him I had finished the job, he replied saying his men were on his way to take care of the body. I headed towards my car and drove myself towards Nathans's place knowing he was expecting me at least 15 mins ago. "Might as well take your last breath Ray "I muttered under my breath "it's gonna be your last one with Nathan awaiting you along with hell beside him "

I walked towards his front door and knocked softly hoping he wouldn't hear it but sadly god seemed to hate me more than usual because a very cheerful Nathan opened the door. I quickly walked past him and headed toward the bathroom, I stripped and got in the shower to be greeted with cold water.

My eyes seemed to be focused on the blood that seemed to be washing off me and going down the drain, sometimes I wondered if my blood were to go down the drain who be responsible for Shedding it. My thought were quickly invaded with Nathans's voice telling me to get my ass out of the shower and face him like a man. A chuckle escaped my lips as I wrapped the towel around my body and headed toward Nathans's room.

"So I was thinking we could go with this red dress I heard Nathan or this black shoulder-less one " I raised my eyebrow in confusion "Nathan you know fucking damm well I ain't wearing no dress, I don't care if we're going to some rich gang banquet I am not wearing a dress " I answered coldly with venom laced in my voice.

"Okay well looked like the black mid-thigh dress off the table " I heard him mutter under his breath. I quickly sent a glare in his direction " what " he said sending me a flirty wink in my direction. I quickly chuckled at his childish behavior " Here" he muttered under his breath as he passed me a black Lacey crop top along with a pair of high-waist ed cargo trousers. " At least you made the pants comfortable" I muttered

I quickly changed and combed my hair as I stared at myself in the mirror. my fingers ran down the side of my neck tracing the words" 恶魔的女儿" that were printed with black ink. This tattoo was a warning to all that got too close, they knew to run when it caught their eye.

Flashback

Tear clogged my eyes as I sat on the nearest stool in front of me " "What can I get for you tonight" A calm voice spoke up across from me. " 10 tequila shots please "I answered back " You know my shift is over in 10, wanna come home with me " I heard him say with a smirk playing on his lips, "its better than waking up with a pounding headache.

" Give me your best pick-up line, and if you get me to crack a smile I am you'res for the night " I answered back with a smirk surprising both me and him. " Somebody calls the cops I heard him say with a serious voice my hand quickly shot down towards my dagger clinging to my waist inside my hoodie " because damm girl it must be illegally to look that good he said with a chuckle I quickly relaxed knowing he wasn't a threat earning a grunt from me " don't tell me that's your best I said because I heard better.

He chuckled at my response "You know he said, "I'm just like a pore strip. Hard to get off, but extremely satisfied once you do" I quickly choked on my drink causing him to start laughing hysterically. " I am pretty sure you are I answered back especially if your ex asking for you back I said with a smirk " A small smile appeared on his lips "How did you know?" I heard him say " well your phones been ringing for the last 2 hours with a unknown caller id I said and unless you didn't add your mom to your contacts well then who's left only your possessive ex girlfriend you must have blocked.

" My shifts over," he said I quickly got up and raised my eyebrow in confusion " My place or yours," I said " You know you're not so bad as I thought you'll be, being the devils daughter," he said with a chuckle

We quickly walked towards the nearest gas station and bought 4 shopping bags full of chips and candy. I quickly drove ourselves towards his house since it was closer and parked my car in his driveway. While we were walking towards his front door he asked "Fast furious or Criminal minds"? he asked " How about both" I said.

" You know what I never asked your name," he said as he brought back a pack of beer out of the kitchen " Neither did I," I said with a cold smile. We both sat down and waited for the movie to start 30 mins later I heard a voice say " its Nathan, my names Nathan Lin he said quietly " well Nathan looks like we're gonna be seeing each other more often so might as well tell you my name, its Rayson dawn I replied.

End of flashback

" Ray it's time to go "Nathans's voice shook me out of my thoughts as I got up and picked up my leather jacket, I quickly picked up the set of keys for my motorcycle the engine roared to life as I set the keys in. He jumped in behind me and hugged my torso as we made our way to meet monsters, not the type that stayed under your bed as a kid and gave you a good scare no theses monsters were more horrid then those, these monsters made sure when you entered your nightmare you never came back.
