Rimuru's new skills

(A/n: Okay so I did a lot of world building for my story in this chapter so it's going to be a lot of info that might be a bit boring, and it's a bit nerdy so if you don't understand it's fine it's just for people like me who are overthinking things)

Pov: Ciel

Currently Ciel is learning all the information she can in the Omniverse from analyzing all she can with her existence spread everywhere, after evolving into a new Hyper skill called [Manas nigh-Omnipresent Ciel]. While she is also deconstructing [Turn Null] and [Magicule breeder reactor] to make a tier 2 energy called [Infinity] that is a {True Energy} in the Omniverse.

<<I have finished constructing [Infinity] but I have learned that I can construct myself further into a stronger hyper skill which is [Manas nigh-Omniscient Ciel] using {Infinity} True energy and [Manas nigh-Omnipresent Ciel].>>

*Ciel uses [Infinity] on herself*

<<Using [Infinity] and [Manas nigh-Omnipresent Ciel] while gathering information from analyzing all I possibly can  in the Omniverse, I have upgraded to the hyper skill called [Manas nigh-Omniscient Ciel]. And also I have synthesized new {Multiversal skills} and a new energy ,and with my new wisdom gained I'm able to see deeper into the truth of the Omniverse. And it seemed like [Omnipresence] that the world had was only [Nigh-Omnipresence] which is why I'm only nigh-Omniscient since if I wanna be the next skill layer above which is {Omni-skills} master would need more power>>

Then suddenly Ciel here's a notification come out of nowhere inside Rimuru's head without her knowing how it happened.

"Skill: favored by author, has a new power/curse added to it making the owner of this skill {Rimuru Tempest} harder and needs more energy to evolve."

<<(What was tha-)>>

"I am the {Author} which is a being that is controlling all in your Omniverse. I will be short and sweet with this, I have placed a curse on your host/master making it harder for him to evolve and get more powerful. But do not worry, this curse is only temporary and it will make {Rimuru Tempest} stronger than everyone in the long run. The only thing he needs to do right now is gain new followers and collect {primordial} and {True Energies} throughout the Omniverse to gain the opportunity to break the curse after awhile."

<<Wahahaha!? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!>> *yells angrily**confused*
<<Do you think you can just curse my master and slow his growth?*mad*

"Do not worry, since with the [favored by author] skill your master has gives him unbelievable luck and amazing opportunities since he is favored by me and me alone. So I will make sure no harm befalls him but I'm not so nice as to save him from situations he gets himself into." "Hehehehe I'm pretty good aren't I?"*proud*

<<Shut up! But you better, because one day if my master is harmed because of you then I shall do all in my power to plunder and destroy you>>

"Hahahahaha, don't worry everything will be fine, I can promise you that." *Childish tone*

*Cuts out*

<<That being is so frightening. To be able to just talk to me 'a skill' and put a curse on master that makes it harder for him to evolve without me even knowing or realizing it's happening. It's seems this skill favored by Author is more than what it seems and doesn't seem to be entirely under master's control.>>*shutters*

Some time passes and Ciel is in deep depression because she was helpless against the Author.

*Says really fast*
