The Chosen Ones

Year 3 - Part 1

"Use it all the time and hid it under your clothes ok?"

It was now August 1, y/n's birthday. Y/n and her parents spend the entire summer traveling around the world. She went to Paris, Japan, Brazil, US, Germany, and a lot of other places. She mostly spend only a few days or a week, but it was fun.

A few days ago, y/n had arrived to her house, and now she was only testing other spells and potions, and sometimes her and her father would play quidditch. This year y/n didn't want to celebrate her birthday with a big party, she chose to stay home and relax. Her parents woke her up with breakfast in-bed, and this time they cooked not the elves, then you played quidditch and chess with her parents, and relaxed.

A few hours later, y/n was now in the living room reading this spell book that her dad gave her that he used when he was a student at Hogwarts. Then suddenly she heard the doorbell ring. "That's weird" y/n said that to herself since she was expecting anybody. One of her house elves went to open and the second she heard the person's voice she recognized who it was. "What is the Malfoy family doing here?" y/n said that in a low voice not wanting them to find her. Y/n ignored them and continued to read the spells.

A few minutes later y/n heard her father call her name, then one of the elves came in the room she was. They knew she had heard her father calling her so they didn't say anything, but she played dumb and gave them an awkwardly smile.

You: Hey there. What can I help you with?

Elf: The Malfoy's are here and they want to speak with you

You: Do I have to go? Tell my father to see what they want then he tells me.

Elf: Your father is also calling you for the same reason.

Y/n scoffed and got up, and followed the elf to where apparently the Malfoy's were.

You: Called me father? [she said that with a low annoyed voice]

Your dad: Yes. The Malfoys are here to see you.

You: Hello Mrs. and Mr. Malfoy. [she said that with a smile on your face. Then she looked at Draco and the smile turned into a frown] Draco.

Draco: Y/n. [he said with the same tone of voice that y/n did]

Lucius: We only came here to give your birthday present.

He handed her a small green box. Y/n smiled and opened the box. When she opened, she saw this necklace, peculiar but cute.

You: This is so pretty. Thank you.

Narcissa: Welcome. Originally that belongs to your great-great-great-grandfather, but we didn't know he was your ancestor so we kept. Now it's yours.

You: Thank you. I love it. [Lucius stared at her like he was waiting for something. Then she realized what he wanted] Uhm, dad can you help me put it on?

He nodded and helped you put the necklace.

Narcissa: Use it all the time and hid it under your clothes, ok?

You: Ok...?[she said that with a confused voice]

Lucius: Well, I think it's better if we go. You obviously don't want people here.

You: No! It's fine. I just didn't want to make a huge party for a 13-year-old kid. But maybe next year.

Narcissa: We'll see you later darling.

Y/n and her dad said good bye to them and they left.

After a few minutes, y/n was bored. Her mom was doing something and her dad was testing something for the order. She started to think on what she used to do when she lived in the muggle world. Then she remembered about the Russo family. The American wizard family that she met in one of her trips to the US. Y/n used to spend a lot of time with them, she was best friends with their daughter. Then y/n had an idea and ran to her dad's office.

Your dad: Woah slow down!

You: Can you help me with something?

Your dad: What is it?

You: Remember the Russo family?

Your dad: Yeah, what about it?

You: Can you help me go to their house?

Your dad: And how we would do that?

You: Remember the portal that they had? [he nodded] We'll go through the portal.

Your dad: But we don't have a portal.

You: No. But you are an amazing father, and pretty smart and powerful, and you will help your only daughter.

Your dad: Fine. Let's do this!

Y/n smiled and they both started to look for ways that they could use to go.

1 hour later, y/n was already in the last few pages of the spell book trying to find a way for her to go, when she found this spell that can teleport you anywhere you want, it doesn't matter if it's in the muggle world or not.

You: I think I found it!

Your mom: Found what? [she said that while walking inside of the office]

You: Dad and I are trying to find a way so that I can to the Russo's house in US.

Your dad: And you actually found it.

He said that reading the page that y/n saw. Y/n jumped of excitement and her parents laughed.

You: Since school doesn't start in a month....is it ok if I stay there for a while?

Her parents looked at each other then back at her.

Them: Sure. But first you have to pack some stuffs.

Y/n grabbed her wand and gave a quick swish and 2 bags appeared next to her. Her parents stared at her and she gave them an innocent smile.

Your mom: We'll come get you in 3 weeks, ok?

Y/n nodded. Y/n closed her eyes and her dad said the spell. A few seconds later, she opened her eyes and noticed that she was at the Russo's lair. "I can't believe it worked" she thought. Y/n left her bags in the floor and went to the substation's kitchen. There was nobody there, so she covertly walked to a table and waited for one of them to come. A few minutes later Alex came to her table.

Alex: Hi, what can I get you? [she said that not taking her eyes of the little notebook on her hands]

You: Uhm, can I have a dragon sandwich and some fairy juice? [y/n said that as she remember what happened last time she came]

Alex: Sure. [she started to walk away but then she noticed what y/n just ordered and looked at her. Y/n smiled and waved at her] Y/N! [y/n got up and they hugged each other] What are you doing here?

You: Well, it's my birthday, I was bothered and school only starts in September 1st so I thought, why not come to the Russo's?

Alex: And how did you get here?

You: My dad gave me this spell book where I found the spell of tele-transportation and he helped me.

Alex: Oh my God. This is awesome! [they both chuckled] Come on, we are going to bake a cake for you.

Y/n nodded and they both went upstairs, where her apartment is.

I am back with writing stories here. But I'm not going to be 100% active, because I only have like 2-3 more weeks of school and I have to put my grades up otherwise I'm going back to in-person school instead of online. But I will try my best to post often.

I hope you guys liked with what I did here, honestly I wasn't sure if I should've done it or not but yeah. Hope you like it and please tell me what you guys want to see in the story.
