~RING~
People flood the halls as soon as class was over to get to their next class.Hayley clenches her hands to hold tight to her books.Getting through the crowd she bumps shoulders into a guy.She locks eyes eyes with him for a second and sees these dark eyes.He moves past her without thought. He's rude he just bumps into me and doesn't say anything.Gillyan walks by in the hallway and catches Hayley by surprise."AHHHH."Gillyan chuckles lightly to her reaction."Don't scare me like that."You shouldn't have took my hw when you said you'd give it back," she points out."Anyways I have to hurry.I'll talk to you later."
Back at home
"Hey mom, have you seen the pan?" asks hayley. Her mom shouts from upstairs, "Have you checked the cabinet by the fridge?"You notice it's in there and set the pan by the oven as you prepare to pour cake mix into the pan.Ugh I can't believe I just stained this shirt.
Hayley heads to the sink in an attempt to remove the stain and notice a picture of her mom holding her hand as they both smile.I am adopted but I'm happy with my mom.I've been with her for so long it's as if she really was my mom.Well this isn't coming out.She places then pan in the oven and texts her friend.
Next Day
"Grab your books and turn to page 117," says Ms.Smith.You heard the class talking as you drowned out the noise thinking to yourself when class will be over as you took notes."Can I borrow your notes at the end of class?I wasn't here earlier," asks a nearby student."Yeah sure""Okay class you may go."The girl who borrowed my notes finishes."Thank you so much."I shove my binder and folders in my bag as I noticed I should be going now. I head out the door as I was grabbed by someone. There was a loud bang as I shoved on to the lockers.
I notice a wooden stake pointed towards my chest until someone with fast reflexes pressed the guy against the lockers. He had his hand gripped on his neck and a stake in the other. It was the same guy from the hallway yesterday. He walks away from the dead body."What are-"The guy dismisses her mid sentence, "Don't tell anyone what you saw."
