Many hours has passed, not a single cat has found me. Then I had butterflies in my stomach. 'Meow, meow, meow, meow...(I feel like I should go back...)' I decided to go back since it was getting late, but...
...I did not see anyone in my family. "Meow? (Mom?)Meow, meow? (Brother, sister?)" I called.
But no response.
I looked around. Above the kalsada(street) and under the trees. Nowhere to be seen. It was so scary being alone. No mother or sibling in sight. I feel so alone. "Hello, do you know where my family is?" I tried to ask many creatures. First, the cats. They just hissed. I then asked the dogs. They barked ang I ran. I even asked the huge humans. But they just walked passed by. Some pity, but continued walking. Some almost ran me over. The world was so scary.
Then a machine that you ride with two wheels scared me almost to death. I accidentally fell in a small kanal (canal).I was beside a school. I couldn't jump so I was stuck in there.
"Meow?" I tried calling out to them. But nothing. It was super late. The moon is out. "Meow, meow." I tried meowing the third time. "Meow..."Then the fourth, "Meow..." the fifth, "Meow..." the sixth, "Meow..." and the seventh time (but it was a weak meow). And yet silence was still there. I hate being alone. But there's nothing I can do. So I slept until the day has ended...
AGDV's POV
"Ma, let's go na po. (Mom, let's go already.)" I told her impatiently. Today is card-giving day. So we need to go at this hour. We are always late in everything. "Anak, kuhanin mo nga ang wallet ko. (Daughter, get my wallet upstairs.)" I whined, but I went up anyways.
We went in the car and my brother drove until the school of __________, ____________. We went in and got my card(my sister included), but after that we need to wait for my brother to come back. Ugh. Anyways, we sat there and I waited impatiently, again. Then my mother, all of the sudden told me that she saw a kitten outside and I should get it. Me and my mom are animal lovers so I went out and saw the kitten. It was scared and dirty, too.
And we named her Evie. :>She's full grown now.
