Bailey's POV

I woke up on Emily's couch. Niall was in the kitchen. I stood up and walked to him. I hugged him from the back.

"Good morning beautiful", he smiled.

"Goodmorning", I whispered and laid my head on his back. He grabbed my hands that were wrapped around his waist.

"Feel okay?" He asked and started to walk towards a cabnet, I dragged behind.

"Yes acually, I feel fine", I said. He walked over to the sink and got some water.

"That's good", he said. I noticed his face was clean with no sharpie.

"Did you get my present?" I smiled.

"The note on my face?" He asked.

"Yeah, that is half of it", I said.

"What's the other half?" I walked infront of his and lifted his shirt up. He tried to read it.

"Oh, thanks", he said sarcastically and I giggled. Then he wrapped me up in his arms. I laid my head on his chest.

"I'm going to go work out today, wanna come?" I asked. I need to start working out again.

"Eh, that is work", he complained.

"Please", I begged.

"Oh okay", he laughed.

I got dressed in nike shorts, running shoes, and a red tank top. I put my hair in a messy bun and put on a headband. I walked down the stairs and grabbed my water bottle. Then I went out to my car.

I told Niall I would meet him at the track at 11. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw him standing my the intrance. He was wearing basketball shorts, a t-shirt, and black nikes.

"Hey", I said running up to him.

"So, where do we start?" He asked.

"Want to do running or weights first?" I asked.

"Running", he said and I nodded. We walked onto the track.

"Wanna race?" I asked.

"Sure", he said. We gotnin the running positions.

"Ready...set...go", I said and took off sprinting to the end of the track. I won.

"Wow, you can run fast", Niall smiled. That was pretty slow for me, I am out of practice.

"Okay, want to try to run with me?", I asked.

"How far are you running?"

"Two miles, eight times aroud the track", I said.

"I can't do that, I will run at my own pace", Niall said. He started walking and I started running.

When I was done with my two miles, I was so tired. I ran and jogged the whole thing. My sides hurt really bad.

I ran over to the bleachers and started to run the stairs. My motivation was the hate I got for being fat. They help me. I ran up the stairs, feeling like I was going to fall each step, but I didn't.

I ran up 500 stairs. Now I did the calf stair climbing. On each step I stood on my toes then went back down. Each step I added one more. Like on the fith step I did 5 and on the sixth step I did 6.

I got down to the track and started doing lunges. Then side lunges.

When I was gone, I could barely walk, my legs were numb. I walked inside to the gym. I walked to the back. I took my shirt off leaving me in my sports bra.
